First go at cooking a Weiner Schnitzel, turned out spot on. I think my choice of chips are way better than the ones you get in Austria and Germany. :-)
Donno how I ended up here but looks decent! Quick tip: If you beat the meat beforehand it will be more tender and the surface is bigger, also try turning them only once in the pan :) 😅

Thanks, I did hammer the meat but possibly not enough. Also I should have trimmed more of the fat off. 😁
