I was 18 when this came out. I grew up a white boy on the winstanley estate in Battersea, surrounded by fantastic reggae blasting from loads of flats. Loving reggae, I used to spend hours in Dub Vendor record shop on Battersea Rise. One day, this song came on and the three young girls behind the counter, who I knew to say hi to , started to sing along. I commented that they sounded exactly like the record, to which one of them replied with a smile, " Yeah, it's us". I had no idea I had been in the presence of such talents. I'm 60 now and it still sounds great.
I buy my roots music from dub vendor, i ring them to order rather than do it online, more personal talking to human beings who know the music 😊@@mirfieldcrew
I love these girls ive been listening to them since i was a youngster im now 66 years old and still love giving them a blast when im at home having a few red stripes and rums also the greatest of them all mr dennis emmanuel brown loved them too !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thi song is perfect. I like it more than the original. Credit to the Bee Gees for their excellent songwriting but these ladies and their producer took it somewhere else. They legit took the song to outer space.
