In my opinion he is 2nd or 3rd best vocalist technically and 1st in terms of tone, he is also a very decent rapper. So if they can't let him shine in his position as a Main Dancer and give him proper dance breaks and solos during award shows/special performances then the least they can do is highlight is vocals more. Yes he has better line distribution these days but even so he still gets mostly repetetive chant like lyrics, which he's great at, but he can also sing like an angel as seen on Lee Mujin Service.
