Whereas in powerlifting you peak your strength for a specific day to push as much weight as possible with a tweaked form and no rom

I have the opposite issue. After 2 months of lifting none of my clothes fit. Worst part is I just got a director role and need to dress up again. A whole closet of $150 dress shirts, unwearable. A couple $700 suits, unwearable.
Went from a 16 to a 17 neck and in suits went from a 42 to a 46. And now my suits have to be custom as they can’t tailor the 40” pants that come with a suit(standard 6” drop), down to a 34(I’m getting back to 32 or less by 2024). Spent $4k on dress clothes in the last week. I have shit for casual wear but I do love high end work clothes.
This is pretty accurate. I always wear a baggy hoodie and sweats to the gym. As soon as the hoodie comes off, I’ve got the “who da fook is this guy” look 😂

If you know what to look for, you can tell that he’s jacked even through the shirt I always look at the traps or the shoulders you can gage someone’s physique, roughly by those two even through really thick shirts
