Paige, I think it is great that you have accepted your body the way it is. Your perfect the way you are. This whole "I need to be skinny" is out of control. I personally think a woman with some "meat" and muscle on her legs and butt and thighs are much more attractive then a woman who is a "stick". But I think a woman is beautiful no matter how they look, there size, what they wear. I was raised that it matters what is in the inside over what is on the outside! Respect, love, appreciation to all the awesome women out there no matter who you are! Your all awesome!!!
Paige what a full leg day and thanks for sharing your routine! I have been working on weighted squats recently which is already so intense, will try weighted lunges sometime later perhaps. I have a minor suggestion that may be easier to follow if you can write out all the exercises and sets included in the video. Looking forward to your next fitness video (on upper body perhaps?) 👍💪

This is super helpful. I’m starting of my gold practice. I felt like my upper body was getting worked out. But as a woman I’m really looking to strengthening my legs because it helps me with my period pain too
