Out of the present crop of Chinese brands including Benelli and Moto Morini I think CFMOTO are offering the best price and all round choice of bixe. The 450 MT and it's sibling the 450 CLC look like very good mid weight offerings. I had to watch this video twice as it went grainy or fuzzy half way thru. No idea what combinations of function keys I accidently pressed but I knew it wasn't your editing skills🤗 P.S hadn't been drinking either.
Hi this is the sport, it doesn’t come with heated grips, it’s the basic model as such but still comes with luggage, engine bars and cruise control as standard
Great review Nick! I wouldn’t have even thought of CFMoto being a new rider. Have had my trusty cb125f just over a year…looking to get some training and my A licence done in a few months, and unsure what bike to get next…this is piquing my interest a lot… 😂
@@nicksepisode genuine question (not trying to be stupid), but in your opinion what makes the NC750X a better choice? The only thing that puts me off about the Honda is the looks (not overly keen on the fairings) and the fact that everyone considers it slow 🤦♀️🤷🏼♀️ the Honda was my original choice for when I’ve got my full licence!
@JustJess91 the only thing that lets the Honda down is street credit. If you care about that then maybe look at a tracer 7, it’s not considered a boring bike and I little bit more quicker than the nc750x. Or even a Kawasaki versys. If you are buying new and can’t decide go with what dealer you have the best relationship with. The nc750x is great on fuel, it’s very easy to ride, the storage is amazing. It’s a bike you need to live with for a bit and it starts making sense. Either way you won’t go wrong with any of the bikes we have mentioned
@@nicksepisode thanks Nick! Haven’t done my big bike test yet, but will definitely be test riding these when I do. To be fair I’m not too fussed about street cred, just don’t want a boring bike 🤣 will let you know eventually when I do eventually purchase one!
Enjoyed your review, currently looking at this bike as a road tourer as it looks like excellent value. Have sat on one and it seemed top heavy. You mentioned the turn in how it is slow . Could this be because of the weight distribution?
It’s quite a top heavy bike, but I did have the panniers on. I would like to try it without the panniers. Maybe the suspension needed adjusting. It felt slow to turn, but I suppose it’s not a sports bike so I may have expected too much from it. Especially as I’d just taken the supermoto 701 out prior this
i have one. yes, id say a little top heavy and mire sweeping turning at speed but i actually like that more because it keeps the line better. it’s the most comfortable bike ive had.
A pretty nice vehicle. I really tried to find something to "discredit" this bike with, but..... it's not so easy to do 🤷♂ While Honda keeps on stinging out things like - CC, good suspension, tubeless wheels .... on their "lower end" bikes - CF Moto takes over the marked. Really - WHAT could cost Honda to install tubeless ( or alu ) wheels + CC on their new Trans... ??!! And/or make the NC750 a PROPER bike - good ( min 15cm travel ) suspension, CC, nicer dash..... Yes - if for some, the KTM 790 is too KTMish - THIS CF Moto is a good alternative. I may go and buy it myself ( shit - where am I'm going to store all of them ?!? 😆) ! Well done Nick 😀😀👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I’d be more than a bit concerned about anything powered by a KTM engine, they’re not exactly the last word when it comes to reliability, chocolate cams etc.
Very nice bike…..I wish I had the opportunity to take out various bikes….but very little choice in Jersey, in saying that I will never get shot of my NC…….but to add to it….mmmm….now there’s a thought…cheers from a very hot sticky island.
@@nicksepisode Hi Nick….will be interesting to see if and when a revamp may occur…..having had my DCT variant for 18 months now, abusing it on Jersey’s awful roads, I think a second disc up front would be good, maybe a more modern dashboard and just maybe cruise control….I really enjoy my bike, the DCT is a dream to use, oddly enough I do get throttle fatigue fairly quickly, unlike when I rode before back in the 70’s and 80’s, but that might not be down to throttle by wire, it might be my old injuries giving me issues…..I am still the only person on the island who has this kind of bike, it does turn heads funny enough…..people thinking, what’s that…..riding such a nice bike hehe…..cheers, enjoy your videos very much…cheers from a much cooler island.
Nice review. If you try the 800MT Touring model you'll get more items as standard like hand guards and quick shifter.
That’s awesome

It’s could have been my insane editing skills haha. I have a new program and too much enthusiasm for using effects at the minute lol
Helli nice reviee. I have a quick question. Ia this the sport model of the CF800MT? And does it come with heated handlebars? Thnx and take care.

Depends what you want to do, if touring is one of the things then this would be great. The Honda nc750x would be a better choice mind

Spot on mr waves -!
Can't think of any other manufacturer that can give you that much bike for that money.
Truly impressive
New yes but if you want rid in 2 yrs proof of low cost may be not such good news
so sport version now 6700, and adventure arround 9k.....😁
Price hike !
Made in the CF Moto Factory where. Some KTMs are .Built as well. I think you.eant to Say
But you Can't argue. With the Quality & Value
& Style
Hear hear
Pay the extra and get the Explore trim.
Yeah that makes sense

Not ideal but a 4 year warranty should give you peace of mind. The engine is a peach though
KTM Cam issue predates 800MT production.
Give me a vstrom or versys anyday even a year old one
Yes please
Iv had a 2020 v strom and the cfmoto 800mt is better in every way

Look around, places selling them now for £6799, without the luggage but a real bargain imo, almost tempted as an all year round hack at that price.
Any idea where I can find one. Hardly any stock left. Cannot find one to test ride. All dealerships appear to have sold their demo bikes.
@@Jedward7009 Look in Autotrader, 4 or 5 sellers there selling them at £6799
