I may have posted this on a previous video; however, have you tried Disaronno? Use Dr. Pepper as a mixer. Let me know how you like it. If you like Cherry / Almonds ... you'll like this. My go-to, if I'm not just sipping on Bourbon or Bandero (used to be Patron, but Bandero is where it's at now, for me).
This is coming from someone who adores apples as well as hard cider. I'm from Western NC and we have some of the best apples in the world, and Bold Rock makes a great cider. But nobody else can hang with Blake's. They're just on another level.
