I saw an interview where he said he had basically moved on by this time, but she wanted to do the show and needed him to participate a little bit because no one knew who she was; he agreed to show his face and give her 5 mins of fame. I think he had a baby (and got married??) not too long after this. I’d say the spliced a few diplomatic interview moments from him, you can tell he’s very uncomfortable too.

She was really insecure because she knew that her husband was cheating on her so she was acting crazy this whole season She’s a completely different person now
He wasn’t cheating (maybe he was in the beginning), but by now they were already separated. He was seeing/living with someone else, he had a baby not too long after this, hence he “working away” all season, sure he had work elsewhere, but he not being there was largely due to his new life/partner/baby. She wanted to do the show and get a little bit of stardom for herself before they split up (she was a nobody); he agreed to do the show and stay quiet about his new relationship. To keep her happy, he showed his face a few times on the show before the made the split “official”.

5:25 hate this Camille - she does actually become a very nice person but at this time she’s fickle shallow false and very nasty
I thought it was so immature for Kyle to want Kim to chime into the argument that she and Camille were having. I don't think Kim involving herself would've made matters better and again it was a stupid argument that should've ended sooner.

I watched this show so long ago because Kim and Kyle Hilton were Paris’ aunties and then I was more starstruck by Camille being married to sideshow Bob from the Simpsons. But I ended up not liking any of them, I only liked Lisa Vanderpump and thought she was cute with her flowers and doggies and British accent but she turned out to be a psycho too.
Kim and Kyle are and were never Hilton; only their older sister, Kathy, who married a Hilton.
