- This short movie describes the battle of inventor Molly Metz defending her given rights to enforce her patents. A rigged legal system now allows for infringers not only to get away with stealing, but also to take patents away from inventors. Because of this Molly Metz lost het patents because, and is now fighting for her rights at the Supreme Court level. Not only does she need to fight infringers, but also the legal system and the people who put it in place.

Great Stuff! This video really shows that the small ones are often the greatest ones. While the big companies don't care about the individuals, the few dedicated ones seem to care a lot. For the big companies, the atheltes, all this's just about business, not the heart or passion like in Molly's case. For us, she has always been a fantastic inspiration. A Dragon Heart of the community. We beleive in You, Molly! You're a good person. Best regards from Norway. At 24 December, I myself beat my records and made 2550 Unbroken Double Unders in Thy name.
Keep fighting! Keep fighting! Keep fighting...... at the end even if you don't win... you will be able to sleep at night......
Shame on them. My respect to you
Dearest Molly, I am very saddened by all the suffering you are going through; I would simply like to tell you not to give up, to keep fighting, for you and for all the little inventors.
You've probably thought about patenting your idea in other states, haven't you?
That is why will only buy my rope from jumpNrope
Molly,
Sorry to hear about your troubles, be strong, be tough, and know you are right!
Don’t let the F*&$ers get you down!
I will never buy from Rogue again!
Clever girl needs to know how to pronounce the word P-A-T-E-N-T. And that jumping rope was not a martial art that the General in Command of the Third Army in WWll was interested in.
But like all inventions people can take that and build up on it…
That's not how it works. You have to pay royalties on top of the innovations you use so long as the patent is still valid.
@@mrgerbeck shut up gerby
I'll dig your jump ropes. You are well done!!
