No you can't kyuki score card m bs general category aur AIR ke hisaab se rank hogi. EWS m aata agar neet ke time choose kra hota to. It's better to make income certificate under 8 lakhs jo ki EWS ke time bnaya hi hoga show that to the college and get 100% fee waiver if your are a girl or else get a 50% fee waiver if you are a boy.
