A year later and I have come back to this video in frustration once again, Google need to do something. They are losing clients to M365 constantly over this.
@@stephendetomasi1701 just started using workspace as a non profit, set up my generic accounts..; figured google security won't let us share accounts so I created individual accounts for everybody then set up delegation in gmail (why do I have to do that from gmail and not from workspace control panel btw ?)... Well turns out : you can't access a delegated email account from mobile app (on android, no less)... that's annoying.
No comments?! This is such an important update for organizations coming from a Microsoft world. Improved conversation view and attaching emails are huge when it comes to transition ease. Any MS organization will have one or more process flows that includes persisting the emails. Printing to PDF and attaching is a hard sell to the information workers that are used to dragging and dropping entire recruitment- or procurement conversations. Many thanks!
Still not a word about Shared Inbox in the mobile apps! That is a must! Google may have switched to "AI first", but then it has to be "Mobile second". Forcing people to use a computer to access a Delegated Inbox is not professional.
