Housing market is retardedly overpriced anymore. I bought my mobile home/trailer 6 years ago for 10.000$ 3 bed 2 bath 74ft by 16.5ft Came with new modern AC unit, fridge, stove, all the counterspace, closets, fully usable bathrooms, new toilets. And yet these things at a 3rd of the length are going over 100.000$
I truly believe when both companies set up a full unit on display especially in Los Angeles. Similar to how boxable has one of their units on display in Vegas. People will feel more comfortable. The cost to build an adu now is completely absurd. Even if you go as cheap as you possibly can. Buy a shed to convert into an "office space to rent". You are asking for a headache in terms of liability. California just needs to loosen up the rules with this "one structure" nonsense. The rules clearly state that you could have an adu up to 1200 square feet. So I don't see what's the issue with having three Boxabls, Roombus-es, Nestrons or one of each. If the total square footage falls under 1200 ft. These structures are safer than anything you can stick build, so again I don't see the issue of sticking to the letter of the law.
I think Roombus is setting a trend which is futuristic only seen in fiction series. Outside of costy I would go for them nestron would need more integration of Scandinavian styles to appeal more to the younger generation we don’t want just functional and practical. We a looking for comfort that won’t be outdated. I commend both companies though.
Great insight, we here at Wealth Gambit love the futuristic approach. Hopefully one them gets it down and scale production so people can finally have affordable & cool housing. Apparently Boxabl may have some upgradable options for the Casita to make it more premium & we're guessing more futuristic 🤞🏼
Idk to compare the mono to the C2 is a fair comparison Mono 180 Sq ft. $? Aprox 29k/30k C2 313sq ft. 59,k-85,520 Definitely not even close to being comparable
I really like Roombus but it has no real way to communicate with the public other than we will put on our email list message system. They are a lot like Boxable seem to be unable to meet public demand with a wait list for years to come. I have not seen their unit on any properties. So its a nice concept but that's it. I think if it gets off the ground that they should have foundation options like steel post that automatic protrude out of the bottom of the unit so the taxes n/a.
Yeah, you're totally right! It looks like the Roombus tiny home doesn't have any demos to check out right now. Bummer, right? It's always nice to see something in action before making a decision.
I did some research on Nesteon and the 10k is applied to the purchase price once work is completed. Think of it as a down payment to start production of the unit. As far as Roombus, there email link is a dead link and when I try looking them up for new articles, I can find nothing.
Hello
I’d happily get a Roombus tomorrow
Yeah roombus looks really good

That sounds like a great deal! Inflation is crazy af

Definitely agree, was literally just at the Boxabl factory this past week. Video may be dropping if I took enough footage.
Nestron looking like starwars
Well, then it's a pretty cool Star Wars-themed tiny house. 💫😎
@@WealthGambit Oh we’ll that’s the reason I’m gonna get it😂
Waiting for either company to actually deliver to a real customer.
Hopefully soon! Which one do you prefer?
Roombus seems better especially those interiors
Yeah, smart and elegant modern interiors for a tiny home with everything built in. Thanks for watching! 👍😎
Roombus
Thanks for watching!
Roombus
Good choice! Roombus has a nice aesthetic. 😎

I would definitely get the ROOMBUS. Due to smart technology, dust filtration, and pricing. Plus, they are more local if there are any problems.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing your thoughts.🙌💯

I appreciate your feedback! 💯
Nestron is just so cold and plain on the inside. Literally all white on the inside.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing your thoughts.🙌💯
Do they actually both exist? Ha
They do!
These tiny homes with not so tiny pricing, smh…
Well, there are loads of tiny homes on the market that are much cheaper, but they're not quite on the level of Roombus and Nestron. 😄
I like the Roombus❤
Awesome @LuckyErica! Thanks for sharing your thoughts.🙌💯
Roombus!
Awesome @user-iu2it6ol6w! Thanks for sharing your thoughts.🙌💯
Roombus
Thank you for watching!🙌🙌🙌
Do you know the method of how they are built or the materials they use?
Not really, but we know for sure they built it with toxin-free materials. 😁🏠
They both use steel frames, I believe
Roombus. Seems much higher quality than Nestron, and good price point.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video.🥳
Interesting video, but not a true comparison of apples to apples. The Nestron Cube 2 is more like the Roombus Nano than the Mono.
Agree! Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Indeed. Thanks for sharing your thoughts Pamela!
Bs the Roombus doesn’t even have any demos to view

Vote for Nestron way better unique design
Yeah, was thinking the same!
For a couple with no kids these are badass
Exactly! Do you plan to purchase one?
Nestron charges a $10,000.00 "one time order fee". LOL I was blinking my eyes to make sure I wasn't seeing too many zeros.
Yup lol! Actually, prices may vary depending on the final order confirmation.
Yeah, when I saw that I thought well that’s a nice little chunk of change to tack on wtf are We tipping our homebuilders now.

Airstream 😊
Thanks for watching!
Nice! Check out my IO House review. They're an awesome alternative.
Thanks! Will do!
I’ve checked them out they’re nice but they’re a little small if I remember right
