Anyone who has stayed at louse camp knows how creepy it can be. Bobo stayed there maybe longer than anyone else has, and has been researching boots on the ground for 20+ years before Finding Bigfoot ever came along. Respect where it's due!

It's okay guys -- Bobo has stated a few times that he lost weight because he cut out all the soda, candy, baked goods, and the like from his diet, and started a serious exercise regimen.
Ditching the long hair is just a coincidence; he's said he kept getting irritated by it blowing in his face outdoors, so he just asked a buddy to shave it.
No health issues. He's doing great.

My Dad was head rig sawyer in lumber mills so as I was growing up we lived in towns like Rio Dell, Fortuna, Eureka, Willow Creek & Hoopa, It was in Willow Creek where I first saw Jerry's cast of the Bigfoot print. It was in the 60's when I lived in Hoopa. I use to hike a lot. Nothing else to do there. My friend & I use to go & just make our own trails straight up cliffs. But behind the trailer court where I lived I found the markers they do & a nesting area but at the time I didn't know what it was until I started watching Finding Bigfoot & then all my experiences were laid out for me. Then I understood it all. One day we were half way up the hill.... wanted to hike to the top to see what was up there & then there were big heavy foot falls that you could feel to your core coming down the hill towards us. We started running down the hill & it kept following. I figured out years later it was a bluff charge. Never went hiking up there again. Then after the Christmas flood of 1964.....as soon as roads & bridges were repaired my Dad moved us out. Had to the mill got washed away. You would think my Bigfoot experiences would disappear. No way!!!! We moved to Oregon where I had more experiences.

@@westernbigfootexploration I saw the cast but at the time it was no big deal to me. I was young. I lived in a trailer court...I believe it was the Chief of the tribe's John Jackson in Hoopa. But I think it was pretty much destroyed during the flood of 64. My parents had to walk in knee deep silt just to get to our trailer after the flood. What I saw were the trees that were bent into crosses I guess the warnings to stay out. But hey I was a kid & wanted to hike.

When I was a young girl growing up in the Midwest, my friend Evie and I went camping on the backside of her property that contained woods. Her brothers never let us tag along, so we decided to go ourselves. We went deep in the woods, ate canned beans and smores, and made camp. We fell asleep and then she woke me up and was scared shitless. As she told me about rocks hitting the tent, we heard a single pair of heavy footsteps walk up to the tent. All of a sudden there was the smell of something like a wet dog. We heard a low gutteral growl. It was unlike anything either of us had ever heard. The growl kind of made us nauseated. That thing destroyed our firepit and our gear. The weird thing is that it did not touch the food in the cooler. You could see the shadow of the massive body on the tent throught the reflection of the moonlight. We were terrified. We were 11-12 years old. It moved around our camp area for 15-20 minutes and we watched it walk upright the entire time. We stayed quiet in the tent until it was light. We opened the tent and saw everything destroyed and literally ran to the gravel road and back to her home like 2 miles down the road. Her dad had to go back with other neighbors to get everything. The hunting dog that her dad took alerted to something but was scared and ran back to him. He said the dog has never done that before. They tracked bears and other animals and it never was scared. I am older now, but I still remember the smell and the growl. None of the kids ever went camping in that area again.

I always feel a bit concerned for Bobo when I watch more recent videos of him. He does not look well and even his voice is less powerful than it was. He lost so much weight in a relatively short time span, and I never personally feel that is a good thing. Of course it is much better to be slimmer and a healthy weight. But honestly he looked in better health before when he was a larger frame. Hope he is okay and will continue his quest to find some more evidence of our hairy cousin.

What a fascinating interview. I’ve always thought that Bobo’s knowledge was suppressed in Finding Bigfoot and that he was made to look a bit foolish, so it’s good when he talks on other platforms, he’s done a lot of credible research 😀👍🏻
(Btw, can’t stand finding Bigfoot, with that woman who is supposed to be impartial just rudely telling witnesses, “it was someone pranking you”, without backing that up with any evidence that it may be so, e.g. finding out locally if anyone would do that, finding where you could buy a ape costume, showing it to the witness and asking if it looked like that. And also the risks of pranking anyone like that; you might get shot at!)
Anyway, I love good research like Small Town Monsters 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My first crush was for a Hoopa gal in 5th grade. She was so beautiful. That was in Gold Beach Oregon. I was inexperienced with the ways of love so, of course she fell for a more experienced 8th grader. Besides, her Dad was Vice Principal of the school (that in itself kinda sucked)...We had lived in Blue Lake California a couple of years earlier and my Dad was a logger on Hoopa lands. He told some stories about tall hairy men but I didn't really believe him until many years later when I was living in Coos Bay Oregon and saw one about a hundred yards away walking along a creek and looking for fish...Wish we had cell phones with cameras in those days...I have much respect for Bobo. Hi Steve, it was hell!! At least at the beginning. I cut out all soda, fried foods, candy, pizza, bread, carbs, desserts, and sadly, beer. I'd have a cold pressed organic veggie juice, 2 eggs, and a slice of gluten free toast and celery sticks with hummus for breakfast. For lunch I'd have a huge green salad with beans and an avocado in it. For dinner I'd have some sort of veggie stir fry or vegan casserole. A couple of times a week I'd have fresh, caught that day, salmon or shrimp. It was really expensive to eat like that. I can't really afford to do it like that anymore but once you take it off and don't go back to the old bad habits. I also did at least 50 minutes of eliptical machine 5 days a week. You have to be 100% committed. I attended a few overeaters anonymous meetings and that seems to be the most sure fire way to succeed at it. If you can get thru the 1st 2-3 weeks without any sugar or carbs the addiction and compulsion to wolf it down starts to really lessen. I was up to 317 lbs but I've been hanging between 196-203lbs for the last 6 years. And i try to do 10,000 steps a day. Good luck bro!

Bobo, Cliff and Matt were all in the field LONG before Finding Bigfoot people, these guys were legit and naturally when you are on a television show it must be entertaining or no one will watch, no ratings equals no commercial dollars equals no show.
So, I don't blame them, most everyone would have jumped at the chance to be on a television show. Still, Bobo and Cliff have a great dynamic. I wish that Bobo wasn't heading down the Woo paranormal highway, but at least Cliff is keeping his flesh and blood scientific sanity and the podcast is awesome!
Bobo seems like a genuinely likable fella and someone that would be a good friend, although one that you might have to keep bail money aside for when he was younger...he was known as a bar brawler from the tales I have heard and did not take any crap from anyone. Please stay away from the woooo Bobo!!! LOL.

Dude. You look AWESOME. I never thought you needed to lose weight, but damn. Just don't lose too much; some people become obsessed with it. GREAT video man.

I think he's just older now. I don't really follow him or anything but whenever I've seen him on something he's been like this for years. I think it's just a stark difference because he's lost weight, gotten older and ditched the long hair.

I'd love to know what people think the squatch life expectancy is. People looking for patty, she would be a good 70 years old now.

I fully believe this man and his experiences. The only problem I have is his gabbling speech - he needs to talk slower and more
    clearly.
