अवधी थाली एक थाली है जहां हमारे पास अवधी क्षेत्र के शाही और विदेशी व्यंजनों का संग्रह है। व्यंजन लखनऊ का है जो उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी है।

Awadhi Thali is a thali where we have a collection of royal and exotic dishes from Awadhi region. The cuisine belongs to Lucknow which is the capital of Uttar Pradesh.
The Awadh region has been greatly influenced by Mughal cooking techniques, and the cuisine of Lucknow bears similarities to those of Central Asia, Kashmir, Punjab and Hyderabad. The city is also known for its Nawabi foods. The dishes and cooking style of this city is inspired and influenced by the Mughals. The cuisine includes both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian dishes prepared with exotic spices, herbs and garnished with dry fruits.

This isn't banaras thali.It lacks berhin(daal bhari poori),Rasiaav(bakheer /gud chaval ki kheer),doodh pithi(handmade sewai),it lacks bafauri.

Nimona mein tomatoes nahi padta... And u put green chili and green hara dhaniya paste not ginger.... Also the peas or matar paste is dardara Or coarse... This is chefs invented nimona.... Not authentic made in villages and homes of U.P

Family recepie can't be awadhi recepie,Banaras ki thali and awadhi recepie both lacks ethnicity.
Awadhi food has zafrani pulav(sweet rice),shahi sabji(kachhe amrood ki sabji),there is no mutton pasanda, there is no shahi tukda, and awadhi biryani is actually a pulaav,no naratan korma in thali,no shami kabab,no shirmal,no kofta biryani and many more things missings,t is not authentic.please don't claim as banarasi and awadhi thali.
