I only have a small fighter jet a bit larger than yours so should i add the stability jets ? If i do not how come even though with the mechanic (with no stability jets on the wings), it cannot drive properly?

i made this but when i try it out the controls are super sensitive and i can barely turn the plane, one of the ailerons dont even function anyway to fix it?
