I love Glaminatrix palettes, their formulas are amazing. I have been looking at blend bunny and haven't committed yet. ND is a fave, easy formulas to blend and love the reliability and colour story in my dream and retro, they have neutrals in there with pinks and berries. I has the Orgy matt palette, honestly a great array of neutrals. Wouldn't mind the new viseart praline quad.
I would love to see what are your picks for neutral/colourful palettes. I’m colour lover but I keep lying to myself that I would love full on neutral palette but I always forget about them after a while, so obviously they are not for me 😅 it would be really helpful. I was sceptical about Xenon palette at first but I have to admit it’s actualy not as bad colourstory as I thought it was. (It certainly isn’t palette for me with my olive undertone… no one is waiting for 90’s return) BUT I finaly forced myself to use greys and silvers I already own and it was actualy fun New Year’s look. There are even few shades from Xenon that look appealing and I would love to try. Who would have thought… 😂 up until 2023 I avoided silvers/greys like a plague and I literaly entered 2024 as grey loving hypocrite. Thanks for this video ❤
As someone who is (or was) a mostly bright rainbow colorful lover, I adore Sydney grace! I bought the temptalia palettes & fell in love! I now own six sg palettes & a dozen singles. Like you said, they make some of the best metallic, satin & shimmers in the game! When I want something that I know will look pretty without being completely over the top, I reach for sg!

I love that you make this video. Probably my most favorite neutral eyeshadow palette that I feel it’s very special and from a small Indy brand is the everyday sparkle palette by ladybug glow. That palette is amazing! All of the shimmers in that pallet are neutral-ish, but super special in my opinion and all of the mats are neutral, which is perfect, because it lets the shimmers pop, and be the star of the show! It’s such an amazing palette!

Hey Amy, do you ever have issues with indie shimmers creasing really bad even with eyeprimer? This is something I have struggle with across many brands: Cosmic Brushes, Unearthly, Glamlite, etc. I don't know what I can do to fix this or if I'm doing something wrong, I don't know what it is :( I love indie eyeshadows, but I have stopped buying from a lot of companies, except Oden's Eye, because they are one of the few I don't have that issue with. If anyone else has recommendations or can help me, I welcome the input! Thanks!

I can’t emotionally accept the Nearly Naturals palette being discontinued. It makes no sense, especially business sense. We all are dying to get it. The demand is so high. It turns me off from the brand in general. I want this glorious palette and don’t want to pay $150 for a heavily used one.

Sydney Grace is such a great Indy brand. I have Loves Journey, California, and Coffee Talk. I have a lot of their singles, too.
I really should try more of them. Especially cause I love lighter shimmers more than super shiny ones.

If I’m using eye primer I pretty much never have issues with shimmers creasing. Have you tried adding in glitter primer?
