Today I am sharing my 1st visit to the Louis Vuitton Atelier (Repair Shop) at the South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA!!!

I share how panicked I was that my Neverfull MM in Empreinte in the color Turtle Dove was discoloring and I had not even worn it that many times. I first purchased this tote Summer of 2021 and had not used it for most of 2022-2023. Anyway, watch as I share my quick story of how LV Atelier "REPAIRED" my Neverfull!
It's beautiful inside and they display the rolls of leather all over the shop, the hotstamp machine, and two women on the sewing machines repairing the stitching on handbags.

Have you ever had to repair your Louis Vuitton bag?
Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

This defect avoided me to buy it sonce it was released. Coz it is a common one and they will give u one instead but i think it ll come back
That’s so unfortunate! I’m hoping my replacement doesn’t become discolored again.
That is unknown, the fact that color bag make them replace it
They replaced it ! So grateful, Especially if you pay lots of money and wasn’t your own fault that the weather discolored.
