Live Fish Hunting | Amazing Fish Trap In Canals | Most Oldest Net Fishing

Hi, good people! this my another video about the a very ancient fishing technique at village in Bangladesh. As I said my earlier video that Polo trap is one of the great technique to hunt fish besides that this Ber Jal (net) is another tremendous way of hunting fish. Berr Jal (net) made up of 3 huge bamboo and net, they are tied in a triangle shape and the net is setup on this shape.
In this way, people usually use a large net in canal by putting across the whole canal or swap. When the net is setup different fishes come together in their way to move forward, but they are got catch inside the net trap.
After some certain time fisher man pull the net trap to collect fishes from the net, put them in another pot called dula or a fishing net so that they can survive more that couple of hours. Fishes are then sent to our local marker to be sold in different price depending upon their species.
There are lot of fish species traped like pabda fish, puti (aks tiny fishes), baing, katol, rui fish, katla fish, boal fish, karp fish and so on.
