- This is the final part of our winter Spiti series where we cover Langza and Key Monastery. It's snowfall in Spiti so views are not clear but are still awesome. We also find monks playing cricket at Key Monastery which was awesome to watch!
Next day we trace our journey back from Kaza to Jeori. But because of heavy snowfall, the road has become slippery and dangerous. But with Spiti valley also presents its astounding beauty in the white blanket!

Not everywhere mobile network is there. But yes in most isolated places either bsnl or jio works

Yes, you can but be careful. Thers is so much of snow and and black ice on the road. This video was from March second week.

One question, how do you navigate in such places? It’s just snow and one road? Do you use google maps? Driving in such places without a guide frightens me. I appreciate yours and wife’s courage. All the best!
Yes, it is mostly one road. Also we had offline Google Maps to guide us :)

This is march second week. You should not require snow chains late in march. We also took them with us but didn't require to use them

12th January will be peak winters. Doing that in Harrier which is Front-wheel drive will be very dangerous. I hope you have driving experience in snow. There will be black ice at many places, especially Malling Nallah. You need to be careful, stop your car, gauge the road ahead and decide if you want to proceed at all, and if yes then with or without snow chains. This video is from March second week, much less risky and equally beautiful views.
You can take an experienced local driver to drive your car, if you really want to do it in your car and don't have experience.

Our car is Duster 4WD. There was no road block in this video
@@BornIdiots then it must've been easier. I'm planning the trip in November on a Diesel brezza, hoping it doesn't snow this much.
Was your Duster the 4x4 variant or the 4x2 variant? I own the recently launched turbo 4x2 and i doubt it'll be able to tackle snow on the roads.....
Ours was 4x4. Yes, you should not take your Duster here. It will be risky

Thank you 😊 humne koi collant bhi add nhi kia tha. Actually peak winters nhi thi to zarurat nhi thi. Kaza mein deisel mila tha usme anti freeze mix tha.
