Thank you guys for all the time and effort put into the guides! Also respect for acknowledging the problems with the predatory model and taking steps to back out from being a part of it. You guys are really the reason why I'm still playing ARPGs every now and then after all these years.
Diablo 4 hype... And, I'd love to see you stream path of exile. The challenge of making a complete one hundred percent guide for poe, is something if anyone can do it, the max roll team can.
Literally gave me goosebumps. Couldn’t be more proud of this decision. Any kind of addiction is devastating but gambling and money is a scary thing to think about with a looming recession. Gambling goes hand -in-hand with other addictions. I’m so glad to see this team take stance to do what they can for mental health. 💙 Rax, 💙 Maxroll

I don't know about that, because it seems impossible to make a guide for DI as it is today, because it would be so short: "spent as much money on the game as you can to get 6 x 5-star gems and up-them as high as possible". I would love to see such a sentense insteed of any other kind of guides in the DI section coming up. Just to show Blizzard what they did. And please! Stop talking to the developer team anymore, and stop giving them feedback for free.

Good for you guys for prioritizing your values, this is the right decision. What Blizzard leadership did with Immortal is reprehensible and heart breaking for the Diablo brand as a whole. This could have been the greatest mobile game of all time setting a new benchmark for what modern mobile games could be.
Yep, completely understandable Raxx. Personally, I never saw myself playing past the campaign. Being a Diablo nerd, I just wanted to see the story they came with. Thanks for all the backstory, nice to see how you guys come to these decisions. Looking forward to the PoE branch!
Really happy you guys are doing the right thing. I'm sure you are going to take a financial hit, but this will pay dividends in the future. Not only to you guys, but to the gaming community as a whole. We all need to follow your lead and let blizzard know that this kind of manipulation will not be accepted, tolerated, or welcomed in our homes, lives, and communities otherwise this will be the new norm. This is literally a form of oppression. I know most will cringe at me saying that but it truly is divisive and creates an economic class system within games instead of a skill based class system. It's manipulation of the highest order.
We need to take action beyond purging money from their coffers. We need to go into the next level. Violence towards executive. We're in a dystopia. It's time to kill corpos.
diablo immortal is already pretty dead at this point - no viewers on twitch, none of the real gamers are playing this due to their predatory p2w model. i am fine if gaming companies make some money, but literally financially ruining some people, that get addicted to their predatory p2w systems, is something i will never support. the google playstore and apple store could easily implement max spending per game per month / week etc to stop this bs from happening. i heard of several cases where people cant stop their compulsive gambling in these games and spend thousands of dollars to "progress". it is sad how you got played by blizzard. actually makes me sick.
100% on board and full respect. Being someone who works with websites and tries to do some of the stuff you guys do, I'm constantly blown away by how much work you guys put in. Onward and upward!
Exactly.... even when i go to a tool/material shop or any website i want information out of.... I just wish it was the same quality as Maxroll :D but they are not. not impossible to close in on Raxx's quality...it is just REALLY HARD :D
My condolences and congratulations. That couldn’t have been easy. I hope you can keep your head high and bring everything you and your team learned into the next games that come out.
" Gambling can really ruin lives. ... Are we part of the problem? ... Ultimately, we said 'Yes', we will be a part of the problem unless we back out. " Hundred percent. Well done Raxx and Maxroll team. And btw, Maxroll made a business decision to cover Immortal based on your collective faith in Blizzard. Blizzard well and truly do not deserve your full faith again unless they re-earn it. Never forget it all started with "Do you guys not have phones?" ... I think that exact moment gave us all a good look at the real substance of Blizzard behind the cynical veneer of "we really care about you guys, the community". Fool me once...
Bruh wtf only bc you diablo idiots dont know that many ganes have gambling elements in them like fifa, you hate this game so much that nobody wants to play it anymore. Just dont touch it and leave us alone having fun in the game bruh. I didnt pay ANY money i am paragon 15 and its so fun! (IN 4 DAYS)
I am very proud of you guys. This is an amazing decision and a true beacon of what we accept as a gaming community. This gives me hope that not all is moving in a shit direction. Huge props, guys.
Lets take a moment to appreciate this guy and his moral compass. Lets also take a moment and ask, Why in the hell does this guy only have just over 100k Subs????????? How is that possible with his value of content?
Agree his diablo contents are so good , I learned so much from him about diablo 3. I felt like I was in a diablo class , he was the teacher and I was his student
problem is that you might aswell not play any game. There's always reasons not to play games. They are there to supply you with info to get to the "top". because of the caps they litterly cant even get to any sort of top, or even give you more info then "just spent money"
Popped over from Asmon. Can't wait to see how the PoE branch turns out, I am very impressed by the Lost Ark section and was my go to when I was actively playing the game. The right decision was made to slay Diablo Immoral and for all the right reasons. Moral integrity is a great attribute in a person and it's on full display here. Keep on keeping on my guy.
When Ark launched in the west these guys were going full tilt and the content was fantastic, I am not a young guy and it was some of the best at a glance work I had seen. However, I watched the immortal announcement at Blizzcon and am not surprised at all.
Having had gambling addiction problems due to other mobile games with those horrible spending psychological triggers, I'm truly grateful that some content creators are actually worried about the pain that these mechanics might inflict to mentally or financially vulnerable people like me, even though they might make a living by creating content about it. For that decision alone you guys would have my completely outmost respect and admiration but that came way before just by seeing your website, its quality and the obvious unsormountable amount of effort you've put into it - so much that maxroll was the main reason that actually made me enjoy and engage with D3 again. To see you ditching Immortal gives me the desire to keep supporting you and everyone involved in maxroll since I trust you have our best interest in mind and gaming with your guides make the experience so much more enjoyable anyways. Thanks so much and congratulations on the amazing community you're building around your work =)
Sadly, in some ways these games are a phenomenon worse than "gambling" due to the fact that many games, including Diablo Immortal, don't have the possibility of winning money or even cashing out your virtual goods
Thankyou Raxx. You and the rest of the Maxroll team are collectively an incredibly strong voice in our community. That your willing to sacrifice your time, energy, effort and potential earnings to stay true to your values speaks volumes.
I didn't even make it to level 60 before I quit. I salute you and everyone else who stuck it out this long before folding. I love the guides for D3 and Lost Ark. Please keep those going. And I look forward to the D4 guides as well.
You got out before it became a real chore then. I got to 60 and paragon 5 and was like "what am I doing?". My dwindling hope is that this game dies horribly and forces people in power at places like Blizzard to think. Maybe not act, but think about this type of game and what it is and how bad it can be. And then they will likely laugh it off as a weak moment and sail away on their yacht. I have very little faith in them right now.
@@georgen5882 The story for DI didn't engage me. It was lackluster. Blizzard is a company I am losing faith in as well. They have one more chance in each WoW and D4 before I say I am gone. From all their franchises. But DI was a dumpster fire from the beginning.
Just wanna personally say I appreciate the work you guys do, I appreciate that you guys have standards and value your supporters, and thank you for sacrificing your time to even clear the air on this. I’m sure I speak for majority of us when I say we look fwd to your next content 🤙🏽
If you do read this, know that when I was playing DI, I used your guides for everything to help me keep track of the absolute maze of what to do and when and what to look out for. The work the Maxroll team put into the guides was not wasted and I appreciate every one of the team members that worked on them. That being said, I 100% understand why you are shutting it down and I support the entire Maxroll team in whatever endeavor the decide to pursue next. Once again, thank you for all the time and effort everyone put into the website!
The maze of what to do and when is part of why I quit at level 51. I already knew I would be a casual f2p player, so I didn't care that I wasn't keeping up with the crowd. There's so much to do, so many currencies, and I feel like all of it was barely explained. I noticed the xp slowed down about 40, and then progressively got worse. Then I hit level 51, went to the new zone and completed the story there in about 10 minutes, didn't even level up once. How can an entire story line in a zone not give a single level? Thats about the time all the absurd monetization youtube videos started coming out, then the eternal crests.. which I noticed on my own the name was different but I assumed it was just something they forgot to change. I lost all motivation to play. As I said, I knew I would never be a top player. But c'mon.. even the most hardcore f2p guy who grinds for hours daily will always be complete garbage compared to anyone who spends money. Whats the point
Bruh wtf only bc you diablo idiots dont know that many ganes have gambling elements in them like fifa, you hate this game so much that nobody wants to play it anymore. What a stand-up group of people. Thank you for all the work you put in; I've been on the end of something similar on a much smaller scale and that was incredibly frustrating, I can't imagine how hard the release was on y'all.
Good for you guy especially after all the hard work everyone has put into it to discontinue it. Much much much respect for being real and doing what everyone thought was the best and right thing to do. Can’t wait to see more.
I really do appreciate the up front nature of you and Maxroll. My sister and I both stopped the game early on. I was glad to see this video pop up, and hearing this makes me happy. The entire team will come out of this knowing that you put community first and for us in the community? That is a great thing to hear.
After this video, I will make sure to use your website as much as I can for all the games you have guides for. I am happy with your decision. Thank you all so much for the time and effort you put into your guides. It is really appreciated, and well done.
I would not go so far as to stomach you guys and your hard work being “part of the problem” but what you have done here and the decision to discontinue is definitely part of a solution. And I applaud you for that.
Anyone that says you're doing the copy and paste to make your content is clearly not informed on how much you and the team provide for our community ☺️. Much love and respect from a NA d2.d,3 player who's learned much from you legends
This man and his team doing gods work and having the awareness to take a step back when something is clearly predatory. Much respect! Keep making guides and excellent content Raxx! Hope y’all do guides for Overwatch pve when it comes out.
Thank you for the detailed timeline. I wasn't following your (and Wudi's) Immortal content because I really hated the model and it didn't matter how good the game is. But I was wondering why were you guys praising the game so hard, pushing your viewers to give it a serious try when it's obviously not a game anyone could play for long-term. But it make a lot more sense now, knowing how the game was back in Alpha.
Just wanted to let you know: love your content and your passion for the games. Was disappointed in immortal as well, so closing this “branch” = good. Cheers, mate!
I’ve watched and enjoyed so many of your videos. I’m a casual and started back in season 24. Til this day my highest GR has only been 141 but I’ve had so much fun. Thank you for doing what you’ve been doing for over 10 yrs. Definitely supportive and and warmed by the decision of your team. Keep it up!
I give all you guys a standing ovation for all the work and time put in to making content/guides. Not everyone can make the decisions y’all did in taking 2 years worth of work down to take a moral stand. Much love for maxroll group.
You guys are amazing, thank you for taking the high ground. I got to paragon 30 and just lost all interested, literally felt like my character was running into an invisible wall. I planned to play this game for the long term, but didn't even last a month :/
This kind of commitment to your morals is truly admirable in today's climate. Thousands of content creators literally just use their community to make money no matter how immoral the sponsor or content they are promoting. You guys turned down the opportunity to make money because you saw how the game could literally lead to financially ruining people's lives. I am very excited for the PoE section. Ive really wanted to get into it, but it is very complex and now that Im in my mid-30s with a family, I just dont have the time that I once did to sit and grind and learn all of the intricacies and builds.
I hate to inform you, but POE is really not a game for people without a lot of grind/learning time, and it takes some hours of research watching videos every league to keep on top of everything. OTOH, I will recommend the private league I start in: East Oriath Exiles for the gift economy that exists there as opposed to the brutal bot and megagrinder focused SC econ, and for the friendly and helpful community there and on discord (they have mentors for new players as well). I would at least recommend a couple leagues private until you get the hang of things before going sc econ (which you will probably hate after private, tbh). Note that you can always migrate from the private (migrate all to keep atlas progression, but you will lose unused master missions and have to redo atlas passives - both a pain and a boon). POE started out complex with its basic crafting system, and they just kept adding layer after layer there and in other places. You don't have to craft, but it helps immensely to learn some basics with harvest, essences and fossils at least.
I'd be sad except that I already quit Immortal 2 weeks ago so seeing you send this strong a message to Blizzard actually makes me happy. Looking forward to your PoE Guides. You guys are great, will stick with Maxroll but Blizzard can go pound sand.
Knew you very passingly from looking for help on my fairly light seasonal journeys in D3. Playing other Blizzard games but watched the D:I trainwreck from afar, sharing the pain with so many others at the downfall of a games company I used to appreciate so much. Never really knew or heard about maxroll before. Watching this, learning about your decision and seeing how you communicate about it has given me instant massive respect for you, your team and your project(s). Clear, open and principled - gaming needs more of this. Any ARPG I get into in the future that's also worked on at maxroll I already know I'll trust you guys for help. Big support, please keep this up.
Governments need to watch this and introduce strict guidelines for these games. I know Blizzard wont give a hoot and that is such a shame. I will never play another Blizzard game again I am so disappointed with all of this. Well done to Maxroll for making this stance, I do hope that Blizzard take notice. I cant imagine how disappointed you guys are after all your hard work. Must just feel like such a waste.
personally I can’t wait for D4, Wrath classic and Dragonflight. really excited for the amount of content within the next half a year. didn’t play much of diablo immortal. still won’t stop me.
Sad, but the right move imo. Great video with context/background. You and the maxroll team are awesome at what you do. Keep at it! Community loves and appreciates the work, truly!
I love it to see a commercial for D.immortal right before giving this video a thumbs up. I watched the "version" from Asmon, but you and your team deserve the little acknowledgement for your decision that comes with a thubs up.
This is an absolutely understandable decision. I have big respect for you and the team. The Maxroll guides are a work of art and so helpful. Keep it up! :)
I remember all time and effort I put into my guide for making gold with garrisons (wowhead) back in the day. Even with their well designed tool for making guides, it still was an enormous effort for little old me. Of course was only months later that the entire guide was obsolete once the prelude to the next xpac came out. My 1st video guides took even longer to make as I was learning the ropes of video/audio recording and editing, and THEN trying to make a fun enjoyable format for peeps to watch. Luckily to this day at least one of my vid guides for D3 still gets views every new season )even though was made a while ago. So yeah, I personally have experience with the time, effort, talent, creativity, and hope that goes into making a game guide. Keep up the good work. Look forward to seeing your PoE stuff. Ii'm doing a Necro build in Sentinel League atm, mid 70's and breezing T3 maps with a very inexpensive starter build.
Thank you for standing up. I know it probably comes at a financial loss for you guys. Sucks you all put so much work into this game in good faith and they executed and launched it in extremely bad faith.
I just got into Diablo 3 your guides make everything so much easier to understand and I appreciate that such a useful website also has a moral compass thank you and please keep up the awesome builds
I'm so proud of you all, thanks for being a beacon of light for the community, this game is totally cancer, watching rhykker's stream I asked if the battlepass was worth it, and many replied "spend whatever you like, if you had any fun"... finished the campaign, reached paragon lvl 55, was a shadow and immortal and I spent 4.99...it felt so dirty, so bad, so cheap. I thinked and yes I'm part of the problem, I failed to my principles as a gamer supporting this kind of games. I'm quitting and uninstalling, not worth the time even if you are having a big shit and yes my barbarian has the same name of what this game represents "Garbaggio"
Not like this... Damn, I hate to see it, but the move totally makes sense. I'll say, this decision furthers my respect for you and the Maxroll team. A group of people with integrity. That's something I want to be a part of. Looking forward to picking up PoE again when you all release that branch. I've come and gone from PoE several times and always left because I felt like I didn't fully understand the systems or how to power up effectively. If there's anyone that can teach that to the average Joe, it's the Maxroll team. Looking forward to what you guys do in the future.
It renews my faith in humanity, when people I admire can say, for ethical reasons, we're getting out of this. We refuse to be part of the problem. Thank you for being who you are.
You can definetely able to see how the heart of this guy is bleeding, right? When you truly love something it is so hard to accept and belive it's betrayal. This is a sad day in the gaming history. Huge respect to you Raxx! For all you and your team have done already and for all you are plan to do in a future!!!
Been following everyone from Maxroll from the first time I came across your guides. I've only played since release and can't even imagine the level of disappointment you guys might have felt. Blizz just ruined something that could have been so much better. I've quit DI too and just wanna say thank you to everyone at Maxroll for all their efforts. Respect and love to you guys.
As a mobile device gamer, due to no gaming PC for the last few years, I came across DI and was thoroughly impressed. From the cross platform tech to gameplay, characters, graphics, the p2w 🤦🏻♂️, etc. However, I was even more impressed by the Maxroll team. Although I’m still learning more about the team/company/organization, imho you guys are doing the gaming community a huge service (seemingly selfless) and holding gaming companies accountable. I was pleasantly surprised how in depth the information/content you guys put out was and that it was also free. It allowed a lifelong gamer like myself to reduce the learning curve enough to jump in and enjoy the meat and potatoes of the game. I understand and support the team’s decision. The ball is naturally in Blizzard’s (or any game developer’s) court. I LF to the future works and titles Maxroll partakes in. Thank you for your service to the gaming community. Take care and Godspeed. 🤙🏽😎
There's fruit in what's right. Super proud of you guys for maintaining your integrity. Blizzard's moral compass is so fucked, I don't know how they can walk straight. Keep up the awesome work, Maxroll Team!
Walking straight into prison if we can get laws passed against loot boxes. Accountability for criminal behaviour is what’s needed. We put drug pushers in jail. This is an analogue. First hit is free.
I couldn’t agree more with you Raxx. I appreciate your hardwork and the entire Maxroll team. You guys have made the right decision and i don’t think there is a way to stop such predatory monetising theme. Respect to the whole team 👏🏼
Great decision! Love the reasoning and never had any interest in Immortal at all. Also VERY excited about the POE section coming! Love that game but i still struggle so that should be amazing!
Maxroll has always been my quality go to for my guides. I’m so happy your guys out the door down and stuck to your guns and didn’t just chase revenue. My respect has gone to even further for Maxroll.
I can't even imagine how BAD it feels to throw away YEARS of playing and writing/updating guides because the game ends in being a total disappointment due to its p2w structure. It requires "guts" to make decisions like this, a big hug to you and all of the amazing team. On a side note, i quite enjoyed the 1-60 journey and the gameplay, spent a grand toal of 5 bucks for the empowered battle pass (wasted probably, i don't think i will be able to max it out before it expires), i will probably quit but not because of the p2w aspect, just because i discovered you are FORCED to party in order to do dungeons above normal difficulty and this is personally a no-go for me since i'm a lone wolf and i usually play ssf 99% of the time (the exception being D3 S26 with the Petrified Stones, it's just too good to blast every stone to 150 for the paragon levels to pass). I will come back if they remove this stupid wall.
Congratulations on making a difficult, but morally centered decision. “First, do no harm”. The Maxroll team remains a cornerstone of the Diablo and ARPG community. Secondly, as a software developer of 30 years, I affirm that a site like Maxroll takes senior developer or architect level skill just to plan out, let alone implement. Then the indexing of the content for each character’s build has to be performed while the creator adheres to standards, and each enhancement to the game (e.g. Echoing Nightmares) needs to be seamlessly folded in to the existing structure. It’s an impressive intellectual achievement. Congrats on making a good project manager’s call on ignoring sunk costs, and just stopping the bleeding of time and effort.
But they still cover Lost Ark... which I can argue influenced design decisions with Diablo Immoral monetization. Is there a certain threshold of P2W that's acceptable? Bleh. Grey area.
Adam K: game platform + unit cost of a game, say $1,100. There’s your ethical threshold. Like, if I’m Blizzard, I’m not going to feel bad with a P2W structure that is equivalent to how much it cost players to access D3. That sounds fair, doesn’t it?
Don't oversell senior developer or architect level -no)) a good mid react can do that, I know few) me to you if you are a developer you know that their website is a rare gem, but don't over sell if someone wants to make a website like this and sees your comment you may just set a bar too high for this person.
Maxroll make the best guides, but I totally respect your collective decision. Putting social responsibility above all else is a rare and fantastic quality. You have my full support.
Total Respect! I have followed you for years. I was disappointed when you began doing Diablo Immortal because of the pay to win and other problems. To see you have the principle to step away... just mad props to you.
I am so proud of y’all for doing this. Blizzard needs to feel pressure from all sides for us to have any hope of finding out whether they can pretend to have shame. I’m still playing the game until my friends stop and will likely play casually when away from home, but I 100% support all the backlash and pressure campaigns against the predatory monetization model and P2W aspects of this once-promising game. =\
What we need is laws banning these predatory practices. Because turning children... and Blizzard moved into the child market... into addicts is criminal. It should be illegal, like banned drugs and treated just as harshly by the justice system.
I dont play diablo 3 that much anymore but you guys are so passionate at maxroll, it makes me wanna play again just to check out your website & guide since its so well done. Great job guys, great decision, keep trusting your instincts, keep delivering with passion and heart, it truly shows.
Thank you guys for this! I was incredibly disappointed with the free publicity you guys were giving this montrosity since I've always admired Maxroll. This kind of predatory monetization can't be normalized. Throwing all the hard work away is small price to pay to do what is right. Hope to see you back in a good mood and not sounding this sad on your videos soon!
You made best decision. Didnt expect, but lets keep this trend up. You also gave people an idea to start change the way of thinking about this mobile game. gj
Raxx you are an amazing human being for all ypu do for the community! You deserve more praise then you receive even if you are not the type to ask for praise. Just shows how above all this you are ! The core members of the team are people i watched when blizzcon was still alive. RHYKKER is the one for me (amazing Cain Voice in the podcast). Wudijo and you and other member of Maxroll are always mentioned in guides that people follow. Keep being who you are because you arent the only one that loves math and excel 😉. Can't wait for you to make D4 the best it can be !!
For what it's worth; Whenever I see a Maxroll guide, I always have confidence in the info that I'm going to find in that guide. So much so that if I was picking between 2 ARPGs and Maxroll only had guides for 1, I would pick that game. Absolutely love the website you all have put together and the style of your guides. Keep up the good work, maybe I'll even start playing PoE once you guys release guides for it.
I really really sad that you guys came to this decisions! however i completely understand. Thank you so much for all your hard work. i will be waiting for your other work.
I will jump on POE as soon as maxroll will have THE guides for it! Love your site. Love your work. The structure, design, the ui. Yes. Best guides website. I use it all the time. Thank you for your hard work. p.s. yeah, sad for DI.
I uninstalled Immortal today. After 1 month it became painfully obvious that advancing as a 5$ battle-pass player is impossible. Unless you're prepared to no-life the game.
Thumbs up for u guys' decision! We need more people like u standing up for core values and integrity in games, and I hope u guys are ready to buckle up when its time for the battle of Diablo 4.
Love you guys. See you in other games on Maxroll.
Thank you guys for all the time and effort put into the guides! Also respect for acknowledging the problems with the predatory model and taking steps to back out from being a part of it. You guys are really the reason why I'm still playing ARPGs every now and then after all these years.
Can't wait to see you in D3 soon
Diablo 4 hype... And, I'd love to see you stream path of exile. The challenge of making a complete one hundred percent guide for poe, is something if anyone can do it, the max roll team can.
Appreciate you guys coming to this decision. Time to blast in D4
Please don’t delete the guides man. We need them. I use them often.

Hundred percent.
I felt like I was in a diablo class , he was the teacher and I was his student
raxx is the best he deserves a lot more
Have you seen his mspaint artwork?
Moral compass… stop it. If there were no caps in the game these guys would be grinding the shit out of it… .
problem is that you might aswell not play any game.
However, I watched the immortal announcement at Blizzcon and am not surprised at all.
isnt Lost Ark just pay2win too? LOL
Man I wanna see PoE guides too, just started the game and I feel like I just joined AP calculus in high school or some shit
@@jiannikar5604 Not even close. You can go fast with dollars in lost ark but it is not pay2win like immortal.
@@jeremiahe123 nah just as bad
Thanks so much and congratulations on the amazing community you're building around your work =)
Sadly, in some ways these games are a phenomenon worse than "gambling" due to the fact that many games, including Diablo Immortal, don't have the possibility of winning money or even cashing out your virtual goods
a decade to late
Seriously guides to mobile game where everything is explained, even suggested build and items clearly visible what to collect. Weird but ok.
Just dont touch it and leave us alone having fun in the game bruh. I didnt pay ANY money i am paragon 15 and its so fun! (IN 4 DAYS)
What a stand-up group of people. Thank you for all the work you put in; I've been on the end of something similar on a much smaller scale and that was incredibly frustrating, I can't imagine how hard the release was on y'all.
Impressed!!!! Thank you for taking a stand!!!!
This is the right decision, Rax. Stay strong! Looking forward seeing your hard work in future Diablo content.
Full support, appreciate you and the entire maxroll team!
Thanks for everything, couldn't agree more with the sentiment. We see your passion and dedication. On to the next adventure
Totally `10000% respect and love you guys! you did the RIGHT thing, this game...well you said it all! Thank you and keep it up!!!!
A principled stand. Much respect to you and the team.
A huge thank you to the Maxroll Team for all your effort! Those of us that use your guides are really lucky that this team has so much integrity!
So much respect for you and your team on coming to this decision. Looking forward to seeing upcoming content for D3 and eventually D4.
I'd be sad except that I already quit Immortal 2 weeks ago so seeing you send this strong a message to Blizzard actually makes me happy. Looking forward to your PoE Guides. You guys are great, will stick with Maxroll but Blizzard can go pound sand.
Maxroll is my personal "go to guide" for all things Diablo. I very much appreciate all hard work and focus. Thanks to all involved.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for not being part of this predatory game. Really proud of all Maxroll team.
Damn! this is real. Much love Raxx. I never touched DI (didn't feel I had the money for it) and deeply respect all the decisions made. Go Maxroll!
I love it to see a commercial for D.immortal right before giving this video a thumbs up. I watched the "version" from Asmon, but you and your team deserve the little acknowledgement for your decision that comes with a thubs up.
I get it and respect the choice, and support it! Looking forward to more D3 and Lost Ark guides!
Thank you for all your work. Seriously. The presentation does show and IS appreciated. Truly, thank you all.
wow. it takes real Balls to flush all your hardwork in standing up for something. even if it is right or wrong. much respect with a slow bow.
I should've known you guys would do the right thing. Your love for gaming shows in the content and all the hard work you do.
Good on you and the Maxroll team. I'll continue to use your site for any future games you cover.
Had to sub, i got mad respect for you and the maxroll team. Supported 10000%
It renews my faith in humanity, when people I admire can say, for ethical reasons, we're getting out of this. We refuse to be part of the problem. Thank you for being who you are.
Good for you and the Team at Maxroll. Lessons learned. You are still my go to for information in Diablo games.
You can definetely able to see how the heart of this guy is bleeding, right? When you truly love something it is so hard to accept and belive it's betrayal. This is a sad day in the gaming history. Huge respect to you Raxx! For all you and your team have done already and for all you are plan to do in a future!!!
Massive respect, good on you guys. I wish you the best with your other Maxroll branches.
Good
Bravo. Mad respect for you people who put principle above all else. Intergrity defines who u are. Bravo
Great decision! Love the reasoning and never had any interest in Immortal at all. Also VERY excited about the POE section coming! Love that game but i still struggle so that should be amazing!
They're POE guides will help a lot of people like me for sure who love that game, but struggle so much with builds and other things
Maxroll has always been my quality go to for my guides. I’m so happy your guys out the door down and stuck to your guns and didn’t just chase revenue.
My respect has gone to even further for Maxroll.
The maxroll team is just amazing, ur work is greatly apriciated by all the fans and we love u!
Raxx, Love your work and content. We will continue to support the site through all your other games.
I will come back if they remove this stupid wall.
excelent desicion and tegridy, i will be looking forward to the poe guides cause god knows i need them ^^ have an awesome summer to you and your teams
Don't oversell senior developer or architect level -no)) a good mid react can do that, I know few)
me to you if you are a developer you know that their website is a rare gem, but don't over sell
if someone wants to make a website like this and sees your comment you may just set a bar too high for this person.
The work you guys do is impressive. Excited to see more in the future.
Maxroll make the best guides, but I totally respect your collective decision. Putting social responsibility above all else is a rare and fantastic quality. You have my full support.
Thanks to you and MaxRoll team for all the contents in MaxRoll mega-super helpful
Total Respect! I have followed you for years. I was disappointed when you began doing Diablo Immortal because of the pay to win and other problems. To see you have the principle to step away... just mad props to you.
We are literaly with you guys 100%. Can't wait to see you guys in another branch about gameplay!! Huge respect for your decision, Keep it up!
@@redelfshotthefood8213 100%!
Well said 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Admiring your honesty and integrity. Much respect to you.
wow Raxx this is huge news. I know this was a hard decision
I played Immortal like 5 minutes but I still watched all your vids about it. I always enjoy your content and will continue to watch ^^. Take care Rax
Smart move
Thanks for such a detailed explanation. I'll continue to enjoy your D3 work.
Well, to be fair, I don't think most people need a guide on how to swipe a credit card, so...
This is huge guys. I really support ur desicion. Really good work on those maxroll guides, really good content. Thanks again
Thumbs up for u guys' decision! We need more people like u standing up for core values and integrity in games, and I hope u guys are ready to buckle up when its time for the battle of Diablo 4.
to put it short; Thank you Raxx
