History and background of Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam
Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam is located in Khao Kram Subdistrict, Mueang Krabi District, Krabi Province. It is a short canal that is special because fresh water and salt water flow together, creating a unique ecosystem full of abundance.
Tha Pom is the name that locals have called this area for a long time.
Khlong Song Nam was just discovered around 2015
by Mr. Somchai Kongphet, a local.
Khlong Song Nam has become a new tourist attraction in Krabi.
Background
Tha Pom used to be a dense forest.

Khlong Song Nam is formed from a spring on the Chong Phra Kaew mountain range.
