Thank you so much for putting this together. I am trying to get organized to go to school. I have tried to go to college 3 different times and was extremely unsuccessful. I am now 27 and still wanting to go to school and learn but it is very intimidating, so knowing all of the different resources available is so helpful. I'm going to save this and look back at it a lot.
Your video is terrific. This touches on all the pertinent needs of high school and college kids. You are a very articulate young woman and have done a wonderful job. Thank you!
It definitely was a major challenge with lots of ups and downs forsure, but it made me more structured, and i had a problem with being late to class lots, but i finished. Thanks for sharing
This video was very informative. I am an autistic adult who recently graduated with a BS in mathematics. I only went part time throughout college as I knew that going full time would be too overwhelming for me. It took me eight years to finish my bachelor's start to finish. I also, like you, started at community college. I ended up completing high school with a GED because I had certain difficulties making it through high school, but my difficulties in high school weren't academic. I lived on my own throughout college, but I lived close to home. My mom paid me through community college, but I had to take out loans when I transferred to university. I had a part time job for a good portion of college but not throughout my entire time in college. As for my social life, I didn't really make any new friends in college, and I didn't date anyone while I was there either. Anyway, I was happy to share my experiences with you.
@@getittogetherndlife Oh wow 😲 you are already ahead of me. I graduated from my High School in 2015 in 2020 got my Bachelor's degree in Political and Social Science from Western Oregon University. I attend Grad School part time I'm on the Autism Spectrum as well. I'm very thankful for your video I went over more than 3 attacks of a burnout during my duration I participated in an Enrichment program for additional aid. Anyway, the journey was not easy for me as well. I'm in progress currently for an Extension degree at Harvard this school has been a very very hard and long road for me. I'm very thankful and grateful you received your Masters, I have some challenges in my life as well. Anyway, we have to accommodate ourselves in the best way practical I really liked your video and am very thankful to have received it. Right now I've had a Physician for 13 years and a Biofeedback counselor for 7 years I'm already going over the plan needed to address Asperger and or Autism Spectrum Disorder my life has not been easy for me from time to time. Anyway, I'm very thankful to have watched your video. I think you are a very beautiful and fine young lady I'll follow your recommendations for sure I've not been doing well on avoiding too much caffeine intake but I've been keeping up with eating beef and eating plenty of salad. Anyway, you are a very beautiful and fine young lady I'm very thankful and glad for your video.
