assuming he means akuma. this ending was written under the assuption that m. bison climbed the ladder normally where he fights his body double and emerges victorious. in which case, akuma doesnt show up. this version of events though, he did show up. after he murdered our body double, but m. bison must have the memory of a goldfish.
