So helpful thanks! Will i be able to buy excursions as i go or is that only done at the entrance of the park?
Your concierge can do it at the resort, or on the app.
Can kids swim in their? Just asking due to how my family and me want to have the best time their! We are also going in a couple weeks so that would be very helpful!!
The whole park is family friendly. Even the underground river, they have every guest wear a life jacket to make swim easier, and life guards every few 100 feet.The snorkeling, and dolphins are also a great experience for kids. Plus loads of live animals like a zoo.
How did you guys get to the park?
We used the XCARET transport, which was a huge mistake. As after we stopped at 5 resorts to pick up others on the way there, it took about 2 hours. On the way back it took 3 hours. So I highly recommend taxi, it’s worth the extra to not spend the whole day on the bus

Yes, the buffet restaurants make it worth it.
