That is seriously one of the most beautiful cake designs I have ever seen! As an American, what I find amazing is that even though this bakery is making hundreds of cakes, it still uses REAL eggs, REAL butter and REAL everything else. So many of our production bakeries have reduced it all to powders (I know this because I once asked) and I am sure the flavor, texture, etc. are just not the same. I love this channel!

That was really soothing. I used to decorate cakes at Walmart and you could tell a difference between the cakes we made and the cakes that came in already done. But these look so pretty. Just looking at it you can tell it was hand-made. Very nice!

It is used in baked goods, yeast doughs, butter creams, etc. i had to google it, so i thought i'd share for those who also didn't know what it was
