I have rahu in 8th and this is spot on! I always thought the fact I would be calm and diplomatic for some time and then have an extreme outburst of caustic remarks (I've gotten angry enough to black out during a fight) was loosely due to my Mars in 1st or my Moon in Scorpio. But neither are debilitated in my chart so rahu in the 8th solves that mystery. And since rahu matures at age 30/32....I literally go around telling people how "when I was younger I was so fiesty although very shy and quiet" (also have Saturn in my 3rd). Consequences - the lessons of rahu - have taught me to approach things differently. And the bad habit of when younger was due to childhood history - I was a quiet and smart kid (Saturn in 3rd, sun in 3rd, mercury in 3rd) who grew up in urban America who was severely bullied by those in my neighborhood, siblings, and occassionaly family members for working toward opportunities that continue to make me financially secure (because I want to share my resources ) - had to learn to stand up for myself and bullies are easy to objectify. I have had to distance myself from these folks over the years...and I'm perfectly okay with that! I am currently back in school to do medicine and I also do astrology (I do charts for all my coworkers BUT I do not hurt other astrologers). I think the "destroy our enemies" comes from those who actually have caused harm. Although not right, it is never random or towards good people. Mostly directed at defending those we care about - rahu in 8th grows into the fiercely protective momma bear. I have a strong disdain toward those who are materialistic, selfish, self-serving, into themselves, takes things too personally, irrationally stubborn, status driven (opposite 2nd house). However, I often resent and get myself into trouble due to martyrdom. Rahu is in Taurus so I presume I am able to find balance now later in life between the mine and others resources - the person who builds wealth to be able to support family but only the family who supports them.

When I was 5 years old I moved to another country and I'm still staying living there. I had a vry rough childhood. If I only new this before I got marry 20 years ago 😢. My ex husband have this placement on his 8th house in the sign of Virgo. And yes he pretended to be someone he was not. Took all my family business based on lies and manipulation he also took my kids away. Unbelievable 😢

In the sign of Aquarius. Yeah…. When I was 12 I decided to figure out why my life was so sh-tty. At age 29 I crashed and burned and gave up old life to start new life with kids in tow.
