If humans had planted billions of teak trees a century ago then yes it would have helped but as of right now we don't have enough time left for just trees. It has already happened one before at the end of the Permian and 95% of species died.

In hot areas reflect extra sunlight to the sky and get it cooler. Global temperature is not too hot, but regionally it may bee too hot. So, fight it regionally. And, I agree, war is always a terrible environmental catastrophe. Consider China attacks Taiwan, USA comes to help Taiwan and things go nuclear. We will feel it all around the globe. A true climate change towards cold.
