Heyyy! Thank you so much, I'm really happy that you like it and watch all the videos I post :D
Now the answers: I designed + imported everything that's in this video. The laser emitter is a tweaked version of the emitter you may have, except that I made it bigger, darker, and put this little white circle inside it (if you're familiar with rct3 importer, set the texture to Unlit, so it will be always bright and if you have bloom enabled it will glow)
The LED emitter I used (you're talking about the bright yellow LEDS, aren't you?) is actually called "blinder" or "crowdblinder". I've seen some videos which stages have it, I think you can find it online. The thing about the objects I use is that they are in a bigger proportion than the objects we can find online, so I have to make everything that there's in my stages! My laser emitter is as tall as a peep! It would look kinda weird in your stage.
And also, I'm dealing with some issues with my PC that disallow me to play RCT3, edit videos or create scenery, but a tutorial is actually a plan I have for the future. Sorry for the long comment :)

The thing is, as I told you, I have to make all my CS and it includes my crowdblinder, so I didn't find it online. I don't remember what video I saw them and I'm not sure if they aren't also custom made. And about the tutorial, as soon as I can work on my PC again I'll try to do it :D
