So my ex and I were close and talking about marriage and we broke up suddenly in august. We sit next to each other at work daily and we’re on the same task so we have to actively work together 8 hours a day, plus we’re in the same friend group so it’s suuuuuuper weird circumstances. We’ve been talking since the breakup but it was only since I started using this one and cybers “always on your mind” that we ended up in a situation where we had a real and healthy conversation about boundaries. Since using this one overnight almost every night the rift between us has started to heal a bit.

I’ve been listening to this overnight almost every night! It helps me sleep so big bonus! Him and I have been talking normally again almost completely, he’s been texting me to check up on me, been clearly communicating and honest. He started saying that stuff I did was “sweet” again and he’s been asking about my life and keeping promises. It’s been only getting better between us. Not only is he respecting me and treating me better and looking out for me but I’ve also noticed I’m communicating a lot more effectively with him!!! I think we both feel more comfy and I can really see the difference! It took me a long time to accept that the reason it’s taken so long is because I’ve needed time to heal and to learn to be a better communicator and respect his needs too!
