Pete, you truly have the best most useful reselling knowledge on youtube!! All the others need to take out their pad & paper and take notes...then bow down to the GOAT and show some respect!!! (p.s. Strap up hitting that south side Chicago to get those LP's!! lol)
I have 100% feedback. Never had a negative that wasn't revised or removed. Yesterday I get one from a guy disappointed in the item quality. He never even contacted me so I messaged him saying had he contacted me I would have worked with him. He ended up agreeing to revise for a refund and volunteered to send the item back at his own cost
At least u can get a response. I’ve had people give me negative feedback and won’t respond to me at all. Even when I offer them refunds. Very frustrating. EBAY won’t help either.
I got negative feedback once because a printer I sold didn't work with the buyer's computer OS. I would have gladly accepted a return, but the buyer never reached out to me or responded to my messages when I reached out to them. I called eBay and they removed the feedback because they saw a good faith effort on my part, so there are options even if the buyer wouldn't cooperate.
I guess it takes awhile to edit these YT vids, and I thank you for them. The evidence I use is the fact that the day BEFORE the video, those flags sold for the full $49.95, + $14.95 shipping. Nice score.
Oh, we got tons of Ice Fishing in California 🤣🤣. I made a bad mistake putting my 1950's Geman toy cars up for Auction . A previous Auction sold 1 car for $45. My 2 cars that we're in Better condition sold for only $29!
Milo is awesome ! I have several spoiled-rotten cats too. When I’m listing on eBay, they lay on the PC. When packing an item, they get in the box. Basically, they do what they want and “help” me do everything I need to do. So, it takes twice as long. But, wouldn’t take for them, although I “threaten” to list them all, with a cheap Buy it Now. They don’t believe me.
The best way to prevent negative feedback is to proactive on customer enquiries. Respond quickly and if you have to refund small to moderate amount then do it. For large amount, obviously you just need to help customer to get item returned back to you, in your cost if it's your fault - then refund quickly the soonest you get the item back. If you get negative feedback, as the customer how can you help to please them and don't forget to mention after any of the support you're going to provide, the very least feedback need to be revised. Note though, you just can't please everyone. Some customer are just hard to please.
Yes and it's because of softcocks like you that they get to continue scamming sellers, some losing a lot of money from various scams, many closing up shop. Never EVER do a partial refund. What sort of selfish idiot are you. Instead of worrying about YOUR individual feedback, think of the future of eBay as a viable safe selling platform for all sellers. If they're not happy, get them to return the item for a refund
ICP merch is so expensive. Scavenger Life purchased a collection of hats at auction and have been selling them for around $100 a piece, sometimes more.
i've had a local seller send me a completely wrong item off ebay, and since it wasn't a high dollar item he sent me a refund and the item I was supposed to get. I waited to leave feedback until it was all done and left good feedback. people jump the gun and don't let the seller make things right. im pretty sure before leaving bad feedback it asks you if you contacted the seller. I think people will also see that you made a reply and made it right.
That guy selling i.c.p stuff his body language looks like he is guilty of something he hides his hands in his pockets, and keeps pacing back and forth like he's ready to run
I like how your co worker, "The Grump" tried to make fun of you "Have a coffee, looks like you need it." You completely kept your posture, ignored him, did not thank him, and then told him to get back to work. Smooth. I'm taking notes.
yea that ICP stuff will def sell!! I have been a fan since 1998...just went to their show 3 weeks ago. good score. get at least $150 for it all.. Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J are theirs names lol
We get the benefit every week of getting to watch Pete basically strong arm his customer for there stuff there has to be something in the water in the midwest but these tactics would never fly in the EastCoast Sorry.
yes it would. Its a numbers game. You have to get in front of enough people. And having a shop helps a lot because people who need cash know they can go there to get it.
Says how to deal with negative feedback nothing in this video talked about dealing with negative feedback. You need to put proper titles what this is about lol

If you find a slot a car, and there is missing the 2 copper pick up braids, you can easy do them from an little piece of coaxial cable shielding..
It amazes me that people will pay extreme much money for basically worthless crap (toy cars).
50 bucks for a classics handmade rare toy
Adrian was very good about the negative feedback ...
At least u can get a response. I’ve had people give me negative feedback and won’t respond to me at all. Even when I offer them refunds. Very frustrating. EBAY won’t help either.

It’s never worth taking the negative feedback. I Always swallow my pride & always accept returns too lol.

ICP merch is so expensive. Scavenger Life purchased a collection of hats at auction and have been selling them for around $100 a piece, sometimes more.
Tell Vicky to make sure she uses the term "Juggalos" in the Insane Clown Posse listings...Juggalo is the term for fans of ICP
Vicky looks like a scarecrow lol
Vicky is an angel.
At 7:42, I see Adrian is packing some heat on his hip. I always say better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it !

He said how to. You just have to admit you’re a dumbass, and the negative feedback goes away.
You may want to watch the video over again in it’s entirety before making a comment as not to make yourself look foolish.
