Here are some things to consider while flying, especially during the busy holiday season. 🎄
As a former airline employee, I’ve gotten to hear the thoughts of flight attendants and pilots of those flights that were delayed. They were as disgruntled with the news of delay as much as the customers. I saw it from their perspective and it hit me - why are we all getting our panties in a bunch????
Let’s take a breather before speaking hastily to the gate agents (airport operations crew). Be thoughtful with your words!!! Airline employees are humans too! 🫶✈️
And then take it a step further, once we are in the air and are interacting with the flight attendants. Smile and say hi when boarding the plane! I do this every time.
