The 22996 Mandore Express is a Superfast Express running from Jodhpur to Old Delhi (DLI).
🕑 How Much Time It Takes?
The train starts from Jodhpur at 8.30 PM and reaches Old Delhi at 6:45 AM the next day, with a stop in Jaipur at 1:15 AM.
It runs daily and covers the 620 kilometres journey in 9 hours 15 minutes, with 14 halts in between. The train stops at Gurgaon at 5:34 AM and Delhi Cantt. at 5:53 AM as well.

🛌 Facilities in the Train
Bedding - In the air-conditioned coaches, you get bedding to sleep comfortably on the train. This includes two bedsheets and a blanket that helps travelers stay warm and cozy.
Different Coaches - One of the best things about this train is that there are different Coaches available to suit different budgets. From General coach to 1AC, you can get any seat that you like.
✅ Should I Opt For This Train?
Yes, the train is on time and offers a comfortable ride to everyone. We actually reached Delhi 15 minutes before our scheduled arrival.
The only caveat is that the train is a little dirty and not well-maintained.
🚃 First AC Sleeper Class Experience
The First AC sleeper Class of the Indian Railways is the most expensive mode of travelling. These are fully AC coaches. It consists of 4 or 2 berths per compartment, and there are no side upper or side lower berths in 1A coaches. Compartments having 2 berths are called coupes, and ones with 4 berths are called cabins.
Each compartment has a door that passengers can lock from inside. Charges are rocket high for First AC, sometimes even more than those of flight tickets, but is worth giving a try. The berths are more comfortable and spacious, there is a small ladder to reach the upper berth, dustbins to throw garbage (thanks to Swachh Bharat Abhiyan), and there are small tables for every passenger to have meals.
There is also one washroom with shower facilities per coach where passengers can bathe and get ready.
The chart is prepared manually for IA coaches hence, passengers get seat numbers only after the chart is prepared.

This train use to be one of the most cleanest and prestigious train of Jodhpur but after rake sharing with ashram express and its maintenence depo transfered to Ahmedabad division, this train has become very disappointing

Please understand that I am taking the train to travel and not to make the UA-cam video. It’s just an additional thing which is why it’s not possible to take videos of the entire train at midnight when the travel time is only 5 hours.
