how can one person have SO many amazing recipes from scratch?!!! i love how simple these videos are... they're inspiring me so much to be more creative and inventive with my meals and snacks. thanks so much jess for all the ideas and sharing your food recipes with us!!!! I cant wait to try all of these xxxxx
Hi Jess! As I currently have my leg in plaster, I have nothing to do all day and I always look forward to your videos. They make me so happy. You are truly inspiring and your recipes are astonishing and so tasty! ( I made the basil&sundried tomato balls the other day and they were so good!) Thank you for putting a smile on my face and for making amazing vegan recipes. Big kisses xx Hannah
I have been watching your video for about 1 month. In that short period of time, I can't tell you how much I still love your blog and I also found that your recipes are really helpful to me! Thank you 😊👍🏻
I actually really love this series. I watch it everyday and I don't want it to end. I never get bored of watching these videos and I've gotten so many ideas!!
Hi Jess, I can't imagine how much time it takes you to film and edit these videos but I'm so grateful for your hard work. your 'What I eat in a day' videos are my favourite on UA-cam and they are filled with the most amazing unique ideas and it makes my day to watch them after a day of revision ❤
I get super excited every time I get a notification that you uploaded a new video. Your recipes have inspired me to incorporate more plant based foods into my diet. Thank you.
Will definitely be trying this caramel sauce! I've watched every single one of your vegan what I ate videos and absolutely love them! Thank you Jess! :)
I love these what I ate videos! They're so original and different compared to other ones that I watch. I'm so happy that I found your channel. :) Greetings from Lithuania!
Your videos, I believe, are the most creative and inspiring vegan recipes on youtube right now. I am vegetarian, and have been for a year now. I've wanted to go vegan for a long time, but other you tubers online don't give much support or easy recipes to follow. Veganism was always something that seemed impossible to achieve, like eating 10 bananas for breakfast etc. But after watching you're What I Ate in a day videos, I have changed my eating habits to around 90% vegan. Thank you putting in the effort and making these videos. You are really are (actually) helping a lot of people. xx :)
Thanks Jess for these amazing videos and recipes! I really don't want VeganJune to end... I made the sun-dried tomato olive and basil balls for lunch today and they are so tasty and delicious! Thank you for your great job! A big hug from Italy
Love you're 'what I eat in a day' videos😍 you're amazingly talented, you need to get all these yummy recipes into a book one day! I would deffo be buying it😆x
I'm not vegan, but I love these videos. I have IBS and you inspired me to make some home made pancakes out of oat flour, chia seeds and almond milk. They've really helped to calm down my IBS. :)
I'm making the hash brown cups for dinner as we speak! Finally getting around to trying one of your recipes! My goal is to try at least one a week. :) THANK YOU!
you should definitely make a cook book. Also, a few women I have met over my years as a breastfeeding volunteer have had to go dairy free or dairy and egg free (I had to do this for two of my children because they were intolerant to those things and the proteins pass through the breastmilk) and it was so hard to find recipes. I wish I had had your channel to refer to! my 4th baby is not intolerant to anything but these days I really like vegan recipes just because I feel so much better from eating them. My baby loves eating them too. Keep up the good work!
It's true, it's amazing how much better you feel when not eating animal products - because our bodies don't need them! I'll keep them coming, thank you :-) X
JessBeautician You're so right. We really don't need them. I never liked cows milk my whole life and people always tried to get me to like it. It's so refreshing to see so many great alternatives now. Thanks again Jess, I will recommend you to my friends :) X
Hi Jess! I am a fan from Turkey !! Ive seen you using Alpro Coconut and Rice beverage and saying it was your fav. Curious me I went ahead with no hope to Migros and found the exact milk!( btw ım not a fan of coconut) I was very skeptical about it at first but it was actually really good however the price of it sucks. So I tried recreating it at home.It was absolutely delicious and almost the same with the store bought and I thought you might want to try it or anybody really you should try it its very cheap and yummy it has two steps; half cup of shredded coconut soaked with two cups of water half cup rice- toast it on a skillet for about 2 mn to take that raw taste away-do not brown it! soak it with 2 cups of water blend everything with the soaking water and strain! you can add sweetness and vanilla to make it exactly like store bought one! please try it and let me know if you liked it:))
My taste buds changed as well. I seriously thought I was the only one. I used to hate asparagus and watermelon. Now I eat watermelon for breakfast quite often.
It's amazing how things can change, but for the better :-) I'm with you on watermelon too - I loved watermelon flavoured things but hated the texture of the fruit, now I have it all the time and it's perfect for summer! Thanks for watching! X
Could you do a fridge tour and how you keep all your ingredients fresh plz? You always use beautiful fresh ingredients and spices and herbs and every time I buy these things they seem to go bad or mushy so quickly, and I cook daily.
Im seriously obsessed with these videos i stalk your page until it pops up! Thats kinda creepy huhh hahahah! I promise I'm not crazy these videos are just so damn good! Amazing quality you have a lovely voice to listen to and everything you cook makes me so hungry! Big love to you from england :) xxxx
Hi Jess!! I will be making those potato cups in my muffin tin this weekend!!! Already thinking of what else to add!! Yum! I've been "going vegan" for a couple weeks now and I've been making recipe after recipe to find my faves. I've made chia choco pudding and an avocado chocolate mousse, but there was just something about it I didn't like. Pretty sure it's the raw cacao powder. Any suggestions on an alternative or a way to cover the bitter taste from the powder? Thanks, love! Cheers from Vancouver 🇨🇦
I don't want Vegan June to end either Jess. You're amazing in the kitchen and beyond creative and those potato crips looks so delicious and then the rice and mushroom dish, yum.I adore all mushrooms.Hope you and Arty are well.Cookie's doing great and I am a happy pet Mom. xoCathy&Cookie
Ah thank you so much Cathy for the lovely comment! Me too, used to hate them but eat them all the time now! So glad Cookie is doing well - I haven't even been on Facebook because I've been so busy with these videos but I know you'll always comment to update me! Love and kisses to Cookie X
Hi Jess! Loving all of these vegan June videos! I really want to try making your superfood bread but was wondering if you had any suggestions on the proportions? In the original video you measured with a mug and well, we all have different sized mugs lol I had a look at the recipe from which you took your inspiration but I think I like yours better and would like to make it!
Sure! I've since changed my mug measurements to cups - my mug held 400ml/12 fl.oz. - my cup now is a standard 250ml size. I've adapted the recipe to this: 1 1/2 cups oat flour 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp onion flakes/powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp oregano Salt Mix all ingredients together and add in 1 cup water - adjust accordingly, you may need to add a little more water/oat flour, it should be slightly wet and sticky. Leave to set for 10 minutes then roll out as thin as you can get it and bake on 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes. Leave to cool then cut into 'squares/slices' of bread. I've roughly tried this a few times and it's worked just as well, hope you love it :-) X
Wow! Amazing, good for you Candice - you're doing so much better than I did, even after going vegan it took me a long time to take to mushrooms, but I also get cravings for them now - crazy how things change :-) Thanks for watching! X
Believe it or not, the b12 in spiraling is inactive. This means that the vitamin b12 in the powder can not be counted as a b12-source for vegans. I was very disappointed when I realized that :( However, spirulina contains other very important vitamins and minerals!
I believe some do and some don't - the one I use has added vitamin B12 and it was recommended to me for this reason - it's by Naturya, you can check out the nutritional values at Naturya.com :-) X
Hi Jess, I love these videos and do not want June to end! Just wondering if you would recommend your food processor/do you have any ideas for a more student budget friendly alternative as many recipes take a lot longer to do/aren't able to do without one? Thanks :)
Hey Jess! Maybe someone already gave you the heads up but just in case.. You can buy just the blender cup for your food processor from the Philips website in the replacement parts section. I did it once for another appliance, better than having to buy the whole thing *
Thanks so much for the heads up Juliana! I had a look into buying the new blender attachment here in Turkey and it actually works out to be only slightly cheaper than buying a whole new thing - I've gone and talked it up as I've literally just snapped the handle on my food processor so looks like I'm going to be buying a new one anyway, haha! I've had it for 18 months though and have used it 2-3 times a day, almost everyday so it's been so worth it! X
+JessBeautician I'm looking into buying one myself, it's soooo handy! Let us know if you go for the same one or for a different brand! All the best to you :)
Thank you Valeria! Ooo wow I've never heard of that before - I'm not sure if I could eat avocado ice-cream, haha but I'll see if I can do something :-) X
Thank you for those great recipes especially the apple caramel idea. Can you please show us more apple ideas because i always have apples at home and im sick of just eating normal applesauce and slices.
Hi Jess! I love your videos... they are amazing !!!!! no words to describe amazeness . can you plz tell me why in some dishes you use hot water instead of oil? plz reply
Thank you so much for watching! There's no real reason, just if sometimes I've already cooked other things with oil that day I'll use water instead where I can just to reduce the amount of oil I cook with :-)
Does your home get too hot when you use the oven? Since you use it a lot to heat a few items you can look into getting a toaster oven. My apartment gets really hot when I use my oven and it's really heating up here in California.
Most pasta is vegan, always check the ingredients on the back of the packet but you'll find a lot of the time it's just durum wheat, fresh pasta such as tortellini can contain egg. Thanks so much for watching :-) X
I never used to like mushrooms before I was vegan. One day I tried them and was pleasantly surprised! I suggest you try different varieties or different ways of cooking them (: Don't worry if you still don't like them.. They aren't necessary to live ;) Good Luck!
I can't tell you how much I used to hate them, but like you I realised they're used in a lot of vegan foods and so I gradually started to introduce them (I still can't really eat the big portobello mushrooms, I'm getting there haha!). I highly recommend trying oyster mushrooms to start you off, that's what got me onto them - I did a recipe in #VeganJune day 6. They don't even really have a mushroom-y texture and with the herbs, spices and lemon they're honestly so good! But as the other viewer said, they're not necessary to live on, I just find I can make so many more dishes with them :-) X
I hate them too! But I noticed that if they are blended Its fine for me :p Like in a sauce or something :) Never tried anything aside from button(/white/Paris?)
how can one person have SO many amazing recipes from scratch?!!! i love how simple these videos are... they're inspiring me so much to be more creative and inventive with my meals and snacks. thanks so much jess for all the ideas and sharing your food recipes with us!!!! I never want Vegan June to end, Jess!
I'm the same! I used to HATE mushrooms, but since I went vegan a few weeks ago I've been craving them and love adding them into meals. :)
Wow! Amazing, good for you Candice - you're doing so much better than I did, even after going vegan it took me a long time to take to mushrooms, but I also get cravings for them now - crazy how things change :-) Thanks for watching! X

so delicious!!! endless creativity, such an inspiration!!
Hi Jess, I love these videos and do not want June to end! Just wondering if you would recommend your food processor/do you have any ideas for a more student budget friendly alternative as many recipes take a lot longer to do/aren't able to do without one? Thanks :)
Link to her food processor is in the description :)
All the best to you :)
would love to see you make minestrone soup!!
I'm loving these!
Loving these videos! Is there a way to know the macros on these recipes? Thanks a lot! Greetings from Texas 😊
amazing as always
Wow Jess amazing video. Now I'm hungry!
Haha! Ah thank you so much for watching! :-) x
Amazing recepies❤ can you show us how to make an avocado nicecream in one of your videos?
Thank you Valeria! Ooo wow I've never heard of that before - I'm not sure if I could eat avocado ice-cream, haha but I'll see if I can do something :-) X
I think @Valeria Daige meant the frozen version of avocado chocolate pudding. Please turn Vegan June into Vegan July hehe xxx
Thank you for those great recipes especially the apple caramel idea. Can you please show us more apple ideas because i always have apples at home and im sick of just eating normal applesauce and slices.
Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching Mara! Sure, I'll see what I can share ;-) X
Your vegan June videos give me so many ideas and help me to eat more plant based rather than junky vegan food - Thank you! ^_^
Ah that's so great to hear! Thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! :-) X
^_^ Thank you for providing great videos, it can't be easy making them every day, it's really appreciated! You rock! :D
Holy crap 45 degrees?!?! Is that dry heat or is there humidity as well?
If you don't mind me asking what's your job besides UA-cam?Also I'd love to see a house tour 😍 love your vids!!
Omg these videos are amazing xx
Hi Jess!
I love your videos... they are amazing !!!!! no words to describe amazeness .
can you plz tell me why in some dishes you use hot water instead of oil?
plz reply
Thank you so much for watching! There's no real reason, just if sometimes I've already cooked other things with oil that day I'll use water instead where I can just to reduce the amount of oil I cook with :-)
Does the caramel sauce need to cool down before putting it into a jar and keeping.it.in.the fridge?:)
omg... so creative.
Does your home get too hot when you use the oven? Since you use it a lot to heat a few items you can look into getting a toaster oven. My apartment gets really hot when I use my oven and it's really heating up here in California.
Love these videos! BTW, in which country are you in?
I think she's from Turkey :) You can see it in one of her previous videos where she goes out to eat dinner
I'm not from Turkey, I'm from the UK - just living in Turkey for a few years :-) Thanks so much for watching! X
How many calories do you eat ? :) By the way, beautiful videos :*
I am waiting for the cookbook
Here's hoping one day, I'd love that :-) X
Do you make your superfood bread or do you buy it ,if so where do you buy it from ?
She makes it. She showed the recipe in one of her other "what I eat in a day" videos :)
+Random Vegan Girl thank you
what kind of food processor do you have? live your videos😘
There is a link in the info box :)
is pasta vegan? cause I eat it almost everyday, it's quick and easy to make. I'd like to switch it up with some of these fancy recipes tho 😉
Most pasta is vegan, always check the ingredients on the back of the packet but you'll find a lot of the time it's just durum wheat, fresh pasta such as tortellini can contain egg. Thanks so much for watching :-) X
love this
Awesome! As usual!
Thanks so much for watching :-) X
Your tomatoes look amazing!!
They really are :-) X
I noticed you were low on the nooch yesterday! I hope it isn't hard for you to restock!
I'm now all out :-( I have to wait a few weeks to get some but I'll restock by the boat load, haha! Thanks for watching! X
i hate mushrooms but i really want to like them because they are such a staple vegan food. How did you learn to like them?
Mushrooms taste really good when you bake them in a pan with garlic and soy sauce! I never like mushrooms before I went vegan but now I love them :)
That sounds so delicious - must try! :-) X
too bad you broke your juicer. I have a blender and had always wanted to make those in the blender.
Great recpies
Does anyone know where you can find the recipe for the homemade ketchup?
Hi Jess,
could you use soya milk instead?
Sure! :-) X
Where do you live? It's freezing cold here in France, I'd love to have some sun and heat...
I'm living in Turkey for a couple of years, making the most of the sunshine before moving back to the UK :-) X
+JessBeautician Oh, interesting, enjoy it! I hope there will be some sun in Switzerland when I finally go home next week :)
