Loved the music in this one. Also, have to mention that your mixer lends itself to such iconic overhead shots. Love your channel!

Thank you! I tried to find open source music that was similar to Estonian music, but it was difficult. The Estonians are very musical people. If you ever want to be wowed, look up their song and dance festival Laulupidu that's been going on for 150 years.

I’m so excited to find your channel! This matches my passion for baking around the world. Your instructions are clear and precise.
Several years ago I was introduced to Dutch Indonesian spekkoek. It instantly became a permanent item in our Christmas baking. Although labor intensive, it is definitely a worthwhile treat.

I'm so happy to have you here! I love finding others who share my passion.
And thank you for sharing spekkoek with me! That's one I haven't tried yet.

Absolutely gorgeous! Now imagine using this for French toast or bread pudding. Why am I watching this before eating breakfast?

Yes! My 9-year-old even helped me make one for his birthday 🎂 🥳 He was a big fan!

Mouthwatering! Speaking a German-adjacent language myself, I love how weird European languages can look and sound. Your friends and family are so lucky to be able to try so many treats from so many cultures, freshly made by you! Awesome video, camera work, editing and scripting.

Thank you for your always encouraging comments! Estonian is a very interesting language because it's one of the few European languages that isn't Indo-European. It's a Uralic language related to Finnish and Hungarian. And it's funny you mention my family and friends because my 5 year old and 9 year old reference European foods all the time, and I can't help but chuckle at (and feel proud of) their obscure knowledge. 😄
