    Hello, i recently came across your video while searching for videos about athlete's burnout. I have a question if its ok to ask, what can you suggest when one is experiencing burnot mid season of a competition? I have felt the symptoms of burnout just recently and wasnt really acknowledging it up until i realized that i was performing badly. Our season ender competition is coming up in 2 weeks and im torn between practicing or resting. Would gladly want to hear your thoughts on this thanks! 😊

      Apologies for not responding earlier, this comment was just seen. I hope you were able to find the balance of resting and getting ready for the competition. It is difficult to give specific advice not knowing the full scope of the situation. Hopefully you are able to get the rest during the off season to be ready for next season.

      @@quantumperformance no worries! ur video alone help me alot, I did end up taking a week off the sport I competed with, I let my self be free of guilt for not practicing and just enjoy my self and focused on resting. After that I unexpectedly did well in the competition. Anyways thanks again, will definetly comeback to this vid of ever I find my self feeling burnt out!
      edit: after the competition, I took a longer time to just rest and came back feeling motivated to once again put my self into the sport.
