The issue is that no platform has a baseline ToS that is ENFORCED. No one should be above the ToS. Dont care if you rack in millions of dollars. 3 strike rule for all platforms, 1st one, slap on the wrist. 2nd one, you lose your partnership and affiliate status, 3rd permanently banned
For the past 3 years or so Twitch is a joke, and it seems to be anything but an actual video game streaming site which is what it was originally meant to be. I used to watch people play video games years ago on Twitch, but I will not support a streaming seite that seems to allow what is basically porn because it is there in someway or another.
So UA-cam is the only site I watch video game streams, but if this ever happens to UA-cam then I won’t any place to watch video games streams anymore.
Fr if I wanted to watch porn id go to a site like that I'm on twitch for gaming but I can't scroll thru anything without seeing someone spilling outta their top

Honestly, putting that onlyfans link in his chat probably got him banned. You are not allowed to advertise that directly on twitch. And the vast majority of the titty streamers got it and put their "social link site" on twitch, where then there is the onlyfans link.
And its not about "joking around with an onlyfans account that doesn´t exist". It´s about advertising the porn website onlyfans directly in your chat. Even the link is not working, it brings you to the homepage of onlyfans.
Like I said, even the titty streamers understood that, why is the guy wondering?
Now I am not a fan either of what those titty streamers do, but honestly. I don´t mind it either. I would never support one of those and the fact that so many simps do cringes me out. But why not. They do their thing as long as they are allowed to and when Twitch decides thats in their TOS, let them do it.

Another point you state here. Of course Twitch is being unfair towards smaller streamers. You have to understand that Twitch is a company that provides a platform. You with your 5 viewers and zero subscribers have nothing but a negative impact on the wealth of Twitch. The titty streamer with 1.500 subs and bits and ad revenue is bringing the money. Of course you want to keep those on your platform and of course you don´t give a damn about the small streamer whos only draining the platforms ressources.
Are we not living in the real world where corporates and money exist? Get a grip man, Twitch is not the red cross. And even the red cross makes money for their own.
So if you are one of those small streamers, do not make stupid jokes, do not mess around with the TOS, you are not in the position to claim anything for you. Be greatful for the platform thats provided for you. "Thats unfair.." yes, the world is unfair.
