Helen is a transformational consciousness coach, embodied awakening guide, multi-dimensional healer, writer and meditation teacher. She has supported healing and evolution with pathfinders like you across the planet for 25 years.
Helen has been leading global and group meditations for over ten years and holds multiple credentials in holistic health, energy healing, coaching, teaching and is a Certified Embodied Meditation Teacher and Certified Guiding Mindful Change coach.
