This trip in Korea is on my bucket list. People on the path, both cyclists and pedestrians, seem to stay where they are supposed to; cyclists on the bike path and pedestrians on the walkway. Of course you won’t find that sort of civility in the states

Hope you do it soon! 👍🏻 Yeah that's true, overall people are respectful over there. Perhaps in Seoul, if you happen to ride during some adjacent events or peak hours on a weekend you need to pay attention to people on the shared paths, it gets crowded very easily... On the other hand, in Jeju, with tourists or even mini trucks (from the adjacent farms) parked on the bikeway, things can be a bit different 😀 but again peak season/hours can change the experience very much.
