from this angle this is not a tip top performance. it is excellent, but at this level of competition the details are a little lacking. i think this one is all about attitude not actual presentation.

+Mason Garett you have to remember this pageant has 5 categories. Consistency wins. We have no clue of the other talents presented. I do know Kiala always has on lovely garments and looks polished from head to toe.. and she is very intelligent, she is very poised and personable in Q&A not surprised she won at all
