I think what ppl mean by that is maybe their fans would like to see them open up a bit more. Much like Bey was when she was younger, these ladies are very well coached on how to handle interviews and the media and for some ppl, they might think their interviewing style is boring or "choreographed" aren't realizing that it's just professionalism. I think their fans just want them to loosen up more i guess. But with time I think that will happen.
