as a person who has beaten deadlocked, i suggest for a pratical start pos strat, another tip is making you main color black and secondary a bright color for a good wave trail, it boosts up your motivation
What got me was the double waves and mini wave toward the end I ALWAYS died there, I’ve played that level 2,717 times and only 3 of those attempts were successful 😀🔫

As I beat deadlocked study the level, know all of its tricks and fakes and practice wave and ship and get a copy of deadlocked and put a start pos to where your having trouble if like if your having trouble at 78 do 78-100% and if you want do 0-50 and then 50-100 to really get how the Level feels, hope that’s helps

Yeah deadlocked is really tough I play geometry dash but all I have is an iPhone 14 and it took forever to beat 😭 I remember it took like 2k attempts

You should try a different setup for the UFO so it’s more consistent. Also maybe try butterfly clicking for the wave. I had to learn that to pass it.
