Vo5 is a good product...my hair looks absolutely amazing!...I never shampoo my hair after treatment...plus I sit under hair dryer 20 minutes once every 2 weeks!
Actually not a good idea to shampoo afterwards! You are removing the oils out! And you are not getting great results by keeping treatment on for only 1 minute! Sit under hair dryer for at least 20 minutes keeps hair shiny and soft for at least a couple of weeks!
