All my encounters with Aliens have been in the daytime and not in my home. They come to visit me. They show me things so I can learn. I've had about one paranormal experience per year for 40 years. Almost all have been in the daytime. No dreams, no drugs, no downloads, no hypnosis. I'm a sane engineer. I've been tested. I train the trained observers. I speculate that I work for the Aliens, the Tall Whites.

Harry! I had several visitors from when I was 3 years old. My parents saw them as well! My parents saw me full of joy like it was my best friends visiting me. It was strange forms of 2 Greys and the last visit was a Nordic! Ive had several telepathic contacts as a grown-up. There is some kind of "war" going on between the negative ETs who been in charge and claimed "ownership"! over mankind and the planer.
i'll never forget the night two red orbs followed me down the road, and put on a breathtaking aerobatic performance when i pulled over and got out for a better look. the phenomenon is 100% real, whatever it is.
Saw a red orb less than a hundred feet away from me for 5 minutes. I'm ex Air Force crew chief, balls of fire or energy shouldn't exist, move. When I saw it itwas like a car crash, time slowed down feeling.
Recently encountered 2 pulsating red orbs. They came thru my yard at night with two very tall figures. I have a hard time describing what I saw. It was stunning, mind blowing.
I had a green orb about the size of a golf ball fly into my house. First saw it through the window flying towards the house. Came in through the wall and into the room and stopped in the doorway. It was definitely intelligent and checking me out. I gasped in fear. It made a 90° turn going away from me and disappeared down the end of the hallway. This happened after a long meditation followed by a astral projection exercise I was doing. Haven't done it since - too scared.

@@ParanormalPTSD a very careful calculation was done by Dr David Jacob's, he came to the conclusion that the figure was at least 10% when he looked at this, the number was so high he dropped it to 5% feeling that 10% was not believable. Personally, I've never had an experience, at least to the best of my knowledge, the closest was seeing a dim light in the sky which moved in ways 8t shouldn't, if it were an aircraft, this was in 1965 and helicopters were simply not around where I lived, the nearest aerodrome was inhabited by two University air squadrons who didn't fly after sunset. The only other observation I saw was a silver motionless orb which hung around for at least 15 minutes, this was not a weather balloon, as meteorological observations were carried out by an old, but very useful Mk16 Spitfire, again this was in the mid 1960's. They are still here, still observing, you just need to look up, eventually you will see them.
Dr. Garry Nolan is right. It is all by purpose and it is known since the 60s. They want to be seen by some people to let them think about the real reality, the realy scale and complexity of it.
In 2009 or so, I was driving on a rural road in Mobile, Alabama in a torrential rainstorm. There was a gap in the rain ahead of me and when we drove through it, it was like driving under a bridge in the rain. The rain stopped when I went through it and picked up again on the other side. I looked up as we drove through and saw nothing, but there was definitely something above the road blocking the rain. The shape the gap made on the road was a perfect circle, perfectly still in the middle of the road.
The only thing people should worry about is, to not conclude it's E.T.'s before you're certain, IF you can be, that that's whom it is. The US has stuff on another level, hidden even from NASA and such money sucking agencies. What did the ex CEO of Lochkeed say? They're called bridges or an overpass. Not sure why you'd think it was a perfect circle without stopping to measure it. It's interesting that such an event would lead you to conclude it was a spaceship or whatever. I'd assume I'd driven through a gap in the thunderstorm. Stay off late night talk radio.

I initially thought it to be a weather phenomenon, but I can't get past the perfect circle and its stillness.. No bridges, overpasses, nothing but trees 100 yards away on either side. I don't know what it was, but I know something was over the road and that it was a circle, about 20 feet across.
I have a vivid memory of playing in the garden and looking up to see a man floating down to me from the sky, flanked by two other figures. This was back in the early 1960s, when I was around 4-5 years old. I remember just staring in disbelief, trying to work out what it was I was seeing. I was so startled that I ran and hid behind a small bush beside where I was playing in the garden. When I found the nerve to look up to see if the coast was clear, he was leaning over the top of the bush, looking down at me with the gentlest, kindest expression of amusement. Unfortunately I don't recall what happened next, but that's the case with a lot of memories I have from that age, which are in very vivid snippets that I can still 'see' in my head - like little film clips - when I recall them. I've had some very odd experiences during my life that I haven't found an explanation for, but I just think 'okay, that's a bit strange' and get on with my life.
Can you describe the man and other figures ? I encountered human - like beings as a child. Men very tall long blonde hair, light skin. Wearing skin tight suits. They were very handsome, strong and peaceful.
When my mom was dying of lung failure caused by the medication methotrexate which was prescribed to her for rheumatoid arthritis by the leading rheumatologist at UBC, she said her only regret in life was not living long enough to meet the aliens. I like Gary's hypothesis about it being a kind of test of stimulation, in order to observe a reaction. My guess is we all have these encounters? i live on an iceland in the baltic sea, Bornholm (denmark). the 6.th of august 2022 i saw something in the sky less than 150 feet away and about 150 feet up in the sky. it was a seethrough "flower" with 3 "petals" a few sekondslater a triangle apraed on top of it and then again a bit later a circle appeard. the 3 shapes were on top of each other. then a tiny tiny light appeard on the tip of the vertical petal, its whent through the outline and the rightside of the vertical "petal" int o the center. then it went trouh the right upper outline on the right "petal" then the tiny droped shaped light disapeared. then the "flower" disapperd, then the triangle disapeared, left was only the cirle. then the hole circle turned black and disappered, then a few seconds later it reappeared a few meters to the right. then it flew towards my friend and I, when it moved it was like it had a tail, a short one that is, the tail looked melted metal. well it flew towards us and then a bit the the right then towards us and then to the right again then towards us again now it was less than 80 feet away and it flew by the top of the roof of the house next to us. then it reached the road we were standing on, it crosed the road and then it disaperaed. it was a bit bigger than the sun i would say and everything was without sound. i was just down there yeaterday and the crops dont really row on the field on wich the UFO 7Orb was floating and flying. that hole strip of the field hasent grown its crops properly. far from properly.

In the past year after seeing my first close up ufo or uap i have had almost daily things happed and see ufos almost on a daily routine .They want to be seen. I know it sounds like crazy shit but all i can say is once you ever see a ufo or if you do a lot of looking into and researching ufos then sit outside in the evenings and watch the sky. You might be surprised one night. They seem to know who are interested in them and seek those people out. I have to keep a level head and try to be skeptical and practical but things i have seen at this point is defy everything i ever understood. Honestly i been holding this shit in for a while now and finally got the courage up to try talking about it. Mabey i will get the balls to share all i have recoded and written down all my encounters and experiences. I need a better camera also

It is such a relief to me to have someone like Garry Nolan talk about this stuff. His interview with Ross Coulhardt blew me away because it was almost the same in many ways as what happened to me! (btw, Ross got in contact with me just before COVID but he’s a lot busier now lol) at the age of 13 (early 80’s) our car got buzzed by a UFO in rural Australia late at night and we experienced lost time. For the next ten years or so I used to wake up completely paralysed with grey 4 foot tall humanoids performing experiments on me. To my stomach, my spine and the base of my skull. It’s painful and completely, utterly terrifying. I’m 55 now and I never sleep in the dark. And I experience night terrors etc. All of this is real. I’m convinced we are approaching the point of full contact. I suspect We just need to tick a few more boxes on the list of technological and social achievements …

Wow - intense! I have seen the craft but no beings. Not sure how I would feel waking up to a creature in my room. I think that would freak me out! About twenty years ago, myself & 2 other friends where at band practice and we stepped outside for a break & we saw a black metallic-looking disc fly silently up from Brisbane River, hovered spinning directly above us for 2-3 minutes then flew to the mountains West of Brisbane (about 15kms away) in less than a second. No sound, no sonic boom. That's the moment when I realized the phenomenon is legit - whatever it is!

As children, we were frequently visited by small, dark beings. They were about three feet tall with a taller leader. They were mostly dark with bright white eyes but they could make us think they looked however they wanted or shapeshift. The things they did, I haven't found anyone relay a similar account as what we experienced. These beings never hurt us and never took us away but they did terrify us. I look back and think the fear we experienced was primal instinct and couldn't be helped. We did get used to it. We could always tell when they 'arrived". It was a feeling and they'd either just appear halfway up the stairs or they'd all come out of my closet in a gaggle. Like I wasn't already scared of closets and then they'd do that. They did help us sometimes, it was usually small but nice things and there was one big help that saved us from a paedo who babysat us. After puberty, we were visited by other races and those visits were not nearly as frequent. I understand how hard it is to come out and say these things. I think maybe two people I know, believe me. Not even my husband believes it's even possible. You are not alone. We might not have a voice but I have to believe that there are other contactees lending you moral support and strength. Dr Nolan is a true genius and visionary, and his personal encounters may be because he’s just so gifted. You could see the fear in his facial expressions as soon as the subject came up. I personally believe that he saw something that is not native to our world as we currently know it. He’s a brave man for speaking so candidly about UAP subjects! I have a lot of respect for him!

I recently read a book by French ufologist Eric Zurcher in which he listed eight recurring characteristics of the phenomena, particularly found in encounters, that might be of interests: 1. *Unexplained physical capabilities* : These include propulsion, speed, cross-media abilities, etc. 2. *Polymorphic light events* : The phenomena produce various types of light events. 3. *Protean nature* : They come in all shapes and sizes. 4. *Consciousness effects* : The phenomena affect the consciousness of experiencers. 5. *Intentional encounters* : They seem to want to be seen by experiencers and may "stage" encounters. 6. *Elusive nature* : They stay in liminal spaces and are hard to understand completely. 7. *Time perception effects* : They may affect the perception of time. 8. *Reflective dimension* : They mimic human behavior and reflect the current zeitgeist.

Memory recall is different for an experience vs a dream. Dream images are much more vague and fuzzy compared to the images I form when recalling an actual awake experience. You can probably see the difference in brain scans.

Why would such a superintelligence be interested in interacting with us at all? It seems like a great deal of trouble in return for little reward. Of course, it all depends upon what this superintelligence considers a meaningful reward.
Nolan's intuition is to be respected. But perhaps somebody has already anticipated a possible explanation, and offered a theory ? I refer to Dr. Carl Jung's "Theory of Archetypes'. In this theory, incorporeal entities exist (somehow, somewhere) but their only gateway into our reality is via our own minds. In other words the more excited, or fearful or emotionally hyped up you are when you encounter some unknown thing, the more "opportunities" the entities have of instantiating themselves in our world. This would explain miracles, sightings, "aliens", "ghosts" and the like. This is of course highly speculative. But it underscores the key question. Advanced beings ? Why bother to make themselves seen ? We've had a famous UFO landing and takeoff near an Australian school, numerous encounters with military aircraft, buzzing fleets, disabling electronics of nuclear missile sites...etc. etc... Whatever the "aliens" , they seem to be rather playful. Yet, no contact, no language, no speaking no communication. This again sends us back to the possibility that we are dealing with some other life form, however advanced and of whatever nature of a different category entirely than what we were expecting. Or worse, a kind of projective instantiation from our own minds which creates real forms. Aliens or objectified entities....either way a mystery !
What Dr. Garry Nolan describes, sounds a lot like "Astral Projection" or "Out-of-Body Experience". It would Match with a lot of Abduction Stories. Most they seem to happen at Night, and when people are in Bed trying (or being) to sleep. Some People describe them as "Shadows". Maybe its some sort of Communication Way.
Non experiencer-centric possibilities are also imaginable. For example the "Show" serving purely as a means of distraction - of detected and/or targeted subject(s). One (purely imagined) possibility: to distract their conscious mind(s) in order to gain access (read?/write?) through the experiencer to some deeper and possibly shared/underpinning system of consciousness/spirituality. Any consequent changes to the subject (beneficial or otherwise) either being intentional secondary effects or unintentional side-effects. A back-door hack. For whatever motive(s) - guesses and beliefs vary.
I wonder if he remembered the first SCI FI movie he saw and how close it was to him having his et experiance , the one i remember is where the parents go to chk out a saucer that landed on the other side of the property ,and when they come back they are acting strange and the kid see s they have marks on their neck s like an implant .i had dreams about that for years on and off .the Twilight Zone i had dreams over also ,sometimes we do not remember the reason for our dream but it could be triggers we do not remember

A good friend of mine lives in an apartment at sea on the 16th floor. The view over the North Sea is absolutely amazing. She told me (the day after) that he had seen two red orbs over the North Sea skipping left, right, up, down, pretty much in every direction. Like a ping-pong ball. After a couple of minutes they jumped out of existence; sped away from hovering motionless after they were done bouncing and disappeared instantaneously. Whether they just disappeared or sped away really fast was unclear. This is someone I had already known for a long time and absolutely not the kind of person to just make something like this up. Never even heard her mention UFOs ever before. This was in the 90s. Off the coast of Zandvoort, a small beach resort about 15 / 20 miles west of Amsterdam, The Netherlands ✨🛸🌟
Not dreams, when your little they take you out a window, when you are like eight to twelve they ask you to come outside, wet dirty feet in bed, I still cannot do and remember every single visit like it was yesterday and everything they said. Even as an adult I am wide awake before during and after. I do believe massive life long insomnia was part of it, I asked them why all the neighbors did not wake up even though one was looking out her window and saw nothing was frozen i am guessing, they told they put them all to sleep in the area... I asked why am I awake. They said..."Were working on that." Stare. I was eight? Never harmed me ever.
I think who or whatever they are they can influence human state of consciousness but for some reason it does not work as well with neurodivergent people (eg autistic, adhd etc folks)
Exactly my experience started at 8 years old and continue today at 52 I document everything and don't even start on implants Ive had 2 removed one as recently as 6 weeks ago under my left finger nail also the smell is something else when there around
Just curious if those who claim to be visited or abducted have had say a nest camera installed in their rooms? The watch I wear also records all facets of my vitals and can track movements and even be tracked with gps. Seems like this would go a bit further than just claims. Imagine seeing a gps watch that started tracking through the sky and achieve ludicrous speeds while the person was supposed to be sleeping.
It is creepy, and un acceptable to be disturbed in our place of absolute security. the room we go to sleep in, the place we "feel" safe enough to stop being vigilant - long enough to rest and repair our "bodies". That said ; They must simply be aware that there are Humans who are "compliant Stock".. by their very nature.

I don’t like being in rooms without shades or curtains either. I usually don’t want them closed during the day, but definitely at night. I also don’t like sleeping on a first floor. I keep thinking there’s possibly someone outside the window.
Right, these experiences can ultimately be described as attempts at communication from one party to another. And the inherent required "translation," a type of "interface" between the two parties. But also, you could describe the ENTIRE UNIVERSE/REALITY as a "user interface," so, what are we really saying, if anything?
It seems the smarter the people are who study and lecture on the topic, the more they want to blame the public for not understanding. When I was in the military, the people communicating on a Morse Code Network weren't permitted to send faster than the slowest person could receive the messages. Lots of us are Alien/UFO interested people, but not all of us are physicists, psychiatrists, or philosophers. That doesn't reduce our interest, it just alters the level that we're able to be involved. But, like the Morse Code people, I can receive the message if you're not sending messages over my head.
it still blows my mind just remembering this.. last year i saw 3 Boomerang UFOs that were spinning (they looked like Giant Wind Turbines) in the afternoon and was also Witnessed (great as it proved i was not going mad) later it morphed into 3 tiny dots in the shape of a Triangle then morphed back into 3 Massive Boomerang UFOs that flew without a care in the World (just above tree line and eye of sight.. these things were massive) it Blew My Mind
Wow. This gave me chills. I had a strange "dream" exactly like that when I was 6 years old! I remember waking up in the middle of the night. At that time I shared a room with my parents and siblings. We all slept in the same room. I remember waking up by myself and seeing everyone asleep. I got up and walked to the living room and looked around. I remember standing in front of the backyard door, when I turned to look at the front door. Next to the front door was a window. And in that window I seen a figure with the classic alien head. I remember being frightened, then waking up.

Dr. Nolan, may I propose an explanation as to why you were visited by "them" when you were a child? Because "they" can time travel. They knew that you would one day become a key figure in our effort to learn about them. Perhaps they also perceived that by visiting you as a child they would contribute to your eventual decision to participate in our exploration of them.

It is exhilarating at the same time as it's so very frightening. Leaving questions and a weird desire to see things over and over again. So many questions with the intense desire to know everything about it.
I don't mean to dismiss Dr. Nolan's personal experience, but it sounds like he had an episode of sleep paralysis. It's well known that those cause very realistic, nightmarish hallucinations. I'm not saying that it absolutely was that, but I'm just saying. However, I am increasingly willing to believe that some UFOs might be extraterrestrial technology, because that is realistic.

Gnome type beings seen frequently in Mexico. There was a farmer in Scotland encountered three gnomes while out walking on his land. Met a mother and daughter in Perth W.A many years ago. Together they observed a chubby little gnome climbing a large tree, their house faced a wood. Countless different Angel / Alien species walk among us. NOT just visiting !

That even all the sightings in the past (and present!) of gnomes, elves, fairies, etc could all be part of the same phenomenon. Super interesting.
I have that ptsd window 🪟 issue as well! I can tell when others have been hardwired to the knowing. You just can’t disregard or un-remember these things! You must embrace the fact that not everyone has this happen. There was a time when the thought of electricity was pun intended out of this world! I remember one time after my buddy drove me back home after going to a meeting, we were sitting in his car in the driveway, and I look up to the right, and I see a green light in the sky and it’s going around in a spherical circle, blocked by a cloud. And it was just above the trees, and then I look away for just a split second; and when I look to check it out again, it’s suddenly a few houses up the street still with the green light going around in a circle. And this time I could tell it was a UFO or what we now call a UAP. And my buddy saw it as well and confirmed my suspicions. I didn’t believe in extraterrestrial life until I saw that and then saw it again a few days later. I was meant to see it.
I get the "absurd" angle, but if there are any actual cases of an 'entity' fixing their craft or asking for water, that would be rare. It's more like, abductees missing time, implants, shutting down nuclear missile operations and the dissection of farm animals. If you ask me, that all points to something else, potentially "nefarious."
It's part of the pacification process. They want us to see them so we become familiar with the experience. To what end? People will make the experience whatever they want it to be. The absurdity of the phenomena can't be overstated. Harry! I had several visitors from when I was 3 years old. My parents saw them as well! My parents saw me full of joy like it was my best friends visiting me. @@ParanormalPTSD a very careful calculation was done by Dr David Jacob's, he came to the conclusion that the figure was at least 10% when he looked at this, the number was so high he dropped it to 5% feeling that 10% was not believable. Personally, I've never had an experience, at least to the best of my knowledge, the closest was seeing a dim light in the sky which moved in ways 8t shouldn't, if it were an aircraft, this was in 1965 and helicopters were simply not around where I lived, the nearest aerodrome was inhabited by two University air squadrons who didn't fly after sunset. The only other observation I saw was a silver motionless orb which hung around for at least 15 minutes, this was not a weather balloon, as meteorological observations were carried out by an old, but very useful Mk16 Spitfire, again this was in the mid 1960's. They are still here, still observing, you just need to look up, eventually you will see them.
Dr. Garry Nolan is right. It is all by purpose and it is known since the 60s. They want to be seen by some people to let them think about the real reality, the realy scale and complexity of it.
In 2009 or so, I was driving on a rural road in Mobile, Alabama in a torrential rainstorm. There was a gap in the rain ahead of me and when we drove through it, it was like driving under a bridge in the rain. The rain stopped when I went through it and picked up again on the other side. I looked up as we drove through and saw nothing, but there was definitely something above the road blocking the rain. The shape the gap made on the road was a perfect circle, perfectly still in the middle of the road.

I initially thought it to be a weather phenomenon, but I can't get past the perfect circle and its stillness.. No bridges, overpasses, nothing but trees 100 yards away on either side. I don't know what it was, but I know something was over the road and that it was a circle, about 20 feet across.
I have a vivid memory of playing in the garden and looking up to see a man floating down to me from the sky, flanked by two other figures. This was back in the early 1960s, when I was around 4-5 years old. I remember just staring in disbelief, trying to work out what it was I was seeing. I was so startled that I ran and hid behind a small bush beside where I was playing in the garden. When I found the nerve to look up to see if the coast was clear, he was leaning over the top of the bush, looking down at me with the gentlest, kindest expression of amusement. Unfortunately I don't recall what happened next, but that's the case with a lot of memories I have from that age, which are in very vivid snippets that I can still 'see' in my head - like little film clips - when I recall them. I've had some very odd experiences during my life that I haven't found an explanation for, but I just think 'okay, that's a bit strange' and get on with my life.

i live on an iceland in the baltic sea, Bornholm (denmark). the 6.th of august 2022 i saw something in the sky less than 150 feet away and about 150 feet up in the sky. it was a seethrough "flower" with 3 "petals" a few sekondslater a triangle apraed on top of it and then again a bit later a circle appeard. the 3 shapes were on top of each other. then a tiny tiny light appeard on the tip of the vertical petal, its whent through the outline and the rightside of the vertical "petal" int o the center. then it went trouh the right upper outline on the right "petal" then the tiny droped shaped light disapeared. then the "flower" disapperd, then the triangle disapeared, left was only the cirle. then the hole circle turned black and disappered, then a few seconds later it reappeared a few meters to the right. then it flew towards my friend and I, when it moved it was like it had a tail, a short one that is, the tail looked melted metal. well it flew towards us and then a bit the the right then towards us and then to the right again then towards us again now it was less than 80 feet away and it flew by the top of the roof of the house next to us. then it reached the road we were standing on, it crosed the road and then it disaperaed. it was a bit bigger than the sun i would say and everything was without sound. i was just down there yeaterday and the crops dont really row on the field on wich the UFO 7Orb was floating and flying. that hole strip of the field hasent grown its crops properly. far from properly.

In the past year after seeing my first close up ufo or uap i have had almost daily things happed and see ufos almost on a daily routine .They want to be seen. I know it sounds like crazy shit but all i can say is once you ever see a ufo or if you do a lot of looking into and researching ufos then sit outside in the evenings and watch the sky. You might be surprised one night. They seem to know who are interested in them and seek those people out. I have to keep a level head and try to be skeptical and practical but things i have seen at this point is defy everything i ever understood. It is such a relief to me to have someone like Garry Nolan talk about this stuff. His interview with Ross Coulhardt blew me away because it was almost the same in many ways as what happened to me! (btw, Ross got in contact with me just before COVID but he’s a lot busier now lol) at the age of 13 (early 80’s) our car got buzzed by a UFO in rural Australia late at night and we experienced lost time. For the next ten years or so I used to wake up completely paralysed with grey 4 foot tall humanoids performing experiments on me. To my stomach, my spine and the base of my skull. It’s painful and completely, utterly terrifying. I’m 55 now and I never sleep in the dark. And I experience night terrors etc.

About twenty years ago, myself & 2 other friends where at band practice and we stepped outside for a break & we saw a black metallic-looking disc fly silently up from Brisbane River, hovered spinning directly above us for 2-3 minutes then flew to the mountains West of Brisbane (about 15kms away) in less than a second. No sound, no sonic boom.

As children, we were frequently visited by small, dark beings. They were about three feet tall with a taller leader. They were mostly dark with bright white eyes but they could make us think they looked however they wanted or shapeshift. The things they did, I haven't found anyone relay a similar account as what we experienced. These beings never hurt us and never took us away but they did terrify us. I look back and think the fear we experienced was primal instinct and couldn't be helped. We did get used to it.
We could always tell when they 'arrived". It was a feeling and they'd either just appear halfway up the stairs or they'd all come out of my closet in a gaggle. Like I wasn't already scared of closets and then they'd do that. They did help us sometimes, it was usually small but nice things and there was one big help that saved us from a paedo who babysat us. After puberty, we were visited by other races and those visits were not nearly as frequent.
I understand how hard it is to come out and say these things. I think maybe two people I know, believe me. Not even my husband believes it's even possible. You are not alone. Dr Nolan is a true genius and visionary, and his personal encounters may be because he’s just so gifted. You could see the fear in his facial expressions as soon as the subject came up. Cool interview. I recently read a book by French ufologist Eric Zurcher in which he listed eight recurring characteristics of the phenomena, particularly found in encounters, that might be of interests:
1. *Unexplained physical capabilities* : These include propulsion, speed, cross-media abilities, etc.
2. *Polymorphic light events* : The phenomena produce various types of light events.
3. *Protean nature* : They come in all shapes and sizes.
4. *Consciousness effects* : The phenomena affect the consciousness of experiencers.

There has to be more than one alien and maybe billions of aliens working together. Very organized force not worried about taking over the Earth.

Memory recall is different for an experience vs a dream. Dream images are much more vague and fuzzy compared to the images I form when recalling an actual awake experience. You can probably see the difference in brain scans.
I think that depends. I had vivid, recurring dreams as a kid. They're more clear to me still than most of my waking memories.

Nolan's intuition is to be respected. But perhaps somebody has already anticipated a possible explanation, and offered a theory ?
I refer to Dr. Carl Jung's "Theory of Archetypes'. In this theory, incorporeal entities exist (somehow, somewhere) but their only gateway into our reality is via our own minds. In other words the more excited, or fearful or emotionally hyped up you are when you encounter some unknown thing, the more "opportunities" the entities have of instantiating themselves in our world. This would explain miracles, sightings, "aliens", "ghosts" and the like. This is of course highly speculative. But it underscores the key question. Advanced beings ? Why bother to make themselves seen ? We've had a famous UFO landing and takeoff near an Australian school, numerous encounters with military aircraft, buzzing fleets, disabling electronics of nuclear missile sites...etc. etc... Whatever the "aliens" , they seem to be rather playful. Yet, no contact, no language, no speaking no communication. This again sends us back to the possibility that we are dealing with some other life form, however advanced and of whatever nature of a different category entirely than what we were expecting. What Dr. Garry Nolan describes, sounds a lot like "Astral Projection" or "Out-of-Body Experience". It would Match with a lot of Abduction Stories. Most they seem to happen at Night, and when people are in Bed trying (or being) to sleep.
Some People describe them as "Shadows". Maybe its some sort of Communication Way.
Non experiencer-centric possibilities are also imaginable. For example the "Show" serving purely as a means of distraction - of detected and/or targeted subject(s). One (purely imagined) possibility: to distract their conscious mind(s) in order to gain access (read?/write?) through the experiencer to some deeper and possibly shared/underpinning system of consciousness/spirituality. Any consequent changes to the subject (beneficial or otherwise) either being intentional secondary effects or unintentional side-effects. A back-door hack. For whatever motive(s) - guesses and beliefs vary.

A good friend of mine lives in an apartment at sea on the 16th floor. The view over the North Sea is absolutely amazing.
She told me (the day after) that he had seen two red orbs over the North Sea skipping left, right, up, down, pretty much in every direction. Like a ping-pong ball. After a couple of minutes they jumped out of existence; sped away from hovering motionless after they were done bouncing and disappeared instantaneously. Whether they just disappeared or sped away really fast was unclear.

Not dreams, when your little they take you out a window, when you are like eight to twelve they ask you to come outside, wet dirty feet in bed, I still cannot do and remember every single visit like it was yesterday and everything they said. Even as an adult I am wide awake before during and after. I do believe massive life long insomnia was part of it, I asked them why all the neighbors did not wake up even though one was looking out her window and saw nothing was frozen i am guessing, they told they put them all to sleep in the area... I asked why am I awake. They said..."Were working on that." Stare. I was eight? Never harmed me ever.

I think who or whatever they are they can influence human state of consciousness but for some reason it does not work as well with neurodivergent people (eg autistic, adhd etc folks)

Just curious if those who claim to be visited or abducted have had say a nest camera installed in their rooms? The watch I wear also records all facets of my vitals and can track movements and even be tracked with gps. Seems like this would go a bit further than just claims. Imagine seeing a gps watch that started tracking through the sky and achieve ludicrous speeds while the person was supposed to be sleeping.

It is creepy, and un acceptable to be disturbed in our place of absolute security. the room we go to sleep in, the place we "feel" safe enough to stop being vigilant - long enough to rest and repair our "bodies". That said ; They must simply be aware that there are Humans who are "compliant Stock".. by their very nature.

Right, these experiences can ultimately be described as attempts at communication from one party to another. And the inherent required "translation," a type of "interface" between the two parties. But also, you could describe the ENTIRE UNIVERSE/REALITY as a "user interface," so, what are we really saying, if anything?

Wow. This gave me chills. I had a strange "dream" exactly like that when I was 6 years old! I remember waking up in the middle of the night. At that time I shared a room with my parents and siblings. We all slept in the same room. I remember waking up by myself and seeing everyone asleep. I got up and walked to the living room and looked around. I remember standing in front of the backyard door, when I turned to look at the front door. Next to the front door was a window. And in that window I seen a figure with the classic alien head. I remember being frightened, then waking up.

They knew that you would one day become a key figure in our effort to learn about them. Perhaps they also perceived that by visiting you as a child they would contribute to your eventual decision to participate in our exploration of them.

It is exhilarating at the same time as it's so very frightening. Leaving questions and a weird desire to see things over and over again. So many questions with the intense desire to know everything about it.
I don't mean to dismiss Dr. Nolan's personal experience, but it sounds like he had an episode of sleep paralysis. It's well known that those cause very realistic, nightmarish hallucinations. I'm not saying that it absolutely was that, but I'm just saying.
However, I am increasingly willing to believe that some UFOs might be extraterrestrial technology, because that is realistic.

When one of my most respected wo{men} of science has had a transcendent, visual and visceral experience that doesn't fit into any of our handy boxes called 'reality' and doesn't drive it away into their sub-conscious by denial it gives me hope, a respected scientist wants to know too.

Gnome type beings seen frequently in Mexico. There was a farmer in Scotland encountered three gnomes while out walking on his land. Met a mother and daughter in Perth W.A many years ago. Together they observed a chubby little gnome climbing a large tree, their house faced a wood. Countless different Angel / Alien species walk among us. NOT just visiting !

I saw a upside down pyramid shape of circles each row going down had less and less circles witch ended with 1 circle thus making a pyramid shape but these circles were connected by chains like a woman's earrings ..the circled were creepy clown faces like the grumpy train from shining time station .. I don't know if it was a real or real but it just floated down from the top of my window to bottom then out of view ..Crazy but I did experience this

I remember one time after my buddy drove me back home after going to a meeting, we were sitting in his car in the driveway, and I look up to the right, and I see a green light in the sky and it’s going around in a spherical circle, blocked by a cloud. And it was just above the trees, and then I look away for just a split second; and when I look to check it out again, it’s suddenly a few houses up the street still with the green light going around in a circle. And this time I could tell it was a UFO or what we now call a UAP. And my buddy saw it as well and confirmed my suspicions. I didn’t believe in extraterrestrial life until I saw that and then saw it again a few days later. I was meant to see it.
I get the "absurd" angle, but if there are any actual cases of an 'entity' fixing their craft or asking for water, that would be rare. It's more like, abductees missing time, implants, shutting down nuclear missile operations and the dissection of farm animals. If you ask me, that all points to something else, potentially "nefarious."

The absurdity of the phenomena can't be overstated. Based on the vast majority of accounts these intelligences not only want to be seen but have made claims & taken on appearances that are always at a moving position just outside of the current human knowledge & concepts of that time. Because of this I do not believe they are ETs at all but rather far more likely something that has originated here with us.
I had a weird triangular ufo experience as a child with no memory afterwards and have an unexplainable circular scar with a pinpoint dot in the middle on my forearm. It’s faded over the years but I’ve never been able to explain it, and it was not from an immunization. #IBELIEVE
Why should that be absurd? To deny the idea that these beings couldn't have technical problems with their vessels is at least naive. They might be more sophisticated than us, but to accuse them of infaillibility raises them to the level of God. And they are certainly no God's.
