I got the new 30 second awning storm chaser for my setup. Comes in 2.1m or 2.7 m in length seeping what you want. Has an in built leg and a couple of air pockets to release gusts of wind. It was a little bit cheaper than some of the other brands.
Got mine from camprite/camping culture in Wangara.

Roger, camprite is down the road from me. I have actually looked at the store chaser and was just thinking last night it was at this point the one I like most.
Like you say it's pretty good quality but also reasonably priced so bloody hard to pass up isn't it 👍

@@gettingaroundaus and comes in different sizes. I went just the 2.1m as I was hanging it just off the canopy and it weighs a little less as well

WARNING!!!! Danger Will Robson danger! As I found out to my own detriment only this weekend gone, it is SUPER important to seal those bolt holes properly. I assumed I had done so, but found water trickling in through my ceiling. Even used the RhinoRack supplied gooey shit, so just a heads up to you DIYers.
As for freestanding 270 awnings, I can highly recommend the Darche 270. Built in light bars, built in poles (if needed they just swing down), competitively priced, Aussie company, yada yada. Couple your awning with a set of RaxBrax, from another Aussie company based in Brissy that enables you to quickly and easily remove your awning. You are welcome to checkout my setup if it helps
