Such things do exist but since it requires processing, memory for storage etc then it will need a much more advanced circuit board and processor which then increases the cost. It is not really the most difficult thing to do. Undergraduate students who know a little bit about microcontrollers can make it. Problem is cost becomes unaffordable.
