    Thanks for sharing. Your little ones are so cute! I was curious as to why you used a tear away vs cut away stabilizer on the garments, and you answered my question. I appreciate it or learn more from it when I understand "why" something is being done as opposed to someone saying I used this or that without explaining or giving the rationale behind their thought process.

    Hi great video! Did you use the white portable base? Or just the infant station the adjustable fixture and the hoops? Thanks!

      Hello, I used the Infant hoop station. The link is posted on the description. Thanks.

    Hey Romero. Can you share the lines you marked in reference to the sizes? Thank you.

    How did you know where to place the adjustable frame on the hoop master board. I'm looking to do a 3-month onesie.

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  3 роки тому +1

      I made straight lines on my station for a reference point. I saw which position fit the onsie and made a straight line w/ a permanent marker.

    Hi , just finished watching your video and you make it look so easy! lol I have two questions, what type and size of needle do you use when working with t-shirts and onesies? And where do you normally get your embroidery supplies from. That is if you don't mind me asking. Thanks for posting your videos.

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  3 роки тому

      Hello, I buy my supplies from AllStitch. Ive tried so many suppliers and always end up going back. They have excellent products and fast shipping. I use a 75/11 needle ffg for shirts. Also 65/9 or even 70 size needle ball point for detailed small lettering. Any questions you have let me know. I'll make sure to update the description and give all the details with the products I'm using, thanks.

    What do you think is more useful? Having a 10x10 or the 8x9? I will have a 5.5 of course but trying to figure out if the 10x10 is worth getting over the 8x9. Also does a 16x17 sound like overkill for jacket backs or do you recommend a different size? Need to go with something in a useful range.

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  3 роки тому

      If you're going for smaller size shirts then the 8x9 is good, but if your going for the bigger size you might need a bigger size. For Jacket backs, you can never have too big, lol.

      @@RomeroThreads Well I was thinking about 16x17 but seems to wide for jacket/hoodie backs. After watching your videos I thought maybe the 13x16 instead? I want to go with three must haves, 5.5, maybe 8x9, then a larger one. If you had three to choose from would you go with these? Thanks

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  3 роки тому

      13x 16 is an excellent choice. One of my favorites and most useful w/ Jacket backs.

    • @RomeroThreads

    What is the 7.25 hoops for?

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  Рік тому

      7.25 hoops is for designs that are too big for the traditional 5.5x5.5

    What do you have on the infant station? The thing where you attached stabilizer? Does that come with the infant station?

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  3 роки тому

      That is the adjustable fixtures, here's the link for the details. Its doesn't come w/ the station.

    Hi! You didn't tighten or pull the shirts before embroidering to prevent from puckering?

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  4 роки тому +1

      They are flat and taught. You don't want to pull extra or else it'll pucker.

    I have the Ricoma em1010 and I realised that my 5.5 mighty hoop is brushing the top plate of the Bobby area.. any ideas why that happen?

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  3 роки тому

      Hello, looks like the design is too big. When you trace it, it should trace inside the area. Or If you have a heavy garment and close to the ends, you can hold up the magnet slightly if you're getting real close to the edges.
