I agree with your tips. Prayer and meditation should be first. I want to give God my first, when I'm fresh, not my last when I'm exhausted and distracted.
Cause listen... at the end of my day it's only complaints and worries. My morning prayers are nothing but praise and gratitude. I try not to ask for anything but praise Him for the blessing of a new day 🙌🏾
I agree if you make it a priority it becomes a habit. I typically am active but decided that I can’t go a week without at least 5 days of some physical activity. I was really shocked last month (during the challenge) bc I went to the gym literally 20 days out of the month lol. The tracker helps! It keeps you motivated. Planet Fitness lets you see how many times you’ve checked in. I just need to get my sleep schedule to be more consistent but I’m a night owl… I do my best work at 9:30 🤦🏾♀️ Progress over everything else. Thanks for being an encouraging source! ❤

I find it better for me to make my list of daily goals the night before this way I won’t think about it all night
