To be honest just buy what you think looks cool or what you like because all that really matters is the saddle, if u just pat the horse while u riding with the best saddle you won’t run out of stam, and the health kinda matters but not a lot, and all the horses are about the same speed anyways, so just buy what you think looks cool
So here’s my opinion. I’ve owned over 300 horses in RDO since the beta days. The Missouri’s and Turks have remained top tier choices for almost every player. My main horse for nearly 2 years was the ‘Black Tovero MFT’ and my stable has 7/10 horses that are gold. Ranging from Turks, the brindle thoroughbred, mft, ardennes, etc. And I can confidently say that my favorite top 3 horses have been my ardennes (both coats), the MFT’s and the Kladrubers. Both horses are great. Honestly, pick which one you like the best. On paper the Black Arabian is probably better, but not necessarily when on horse back.
What's the reason behind waiting for lvl 20 in bounty hunter for the Breton if it's available through the role beforehand? Id like to know if I'm losing out on stats because I bought the horse at around lvl 13 in the role
It is different horses. They have the same name, but the rank 20 horse is way better than the earlier horses with the same name in the role. This goes for all the roles.

@@OpenVision yeah I managed to dig around and figure out the later ones have slightly higher stats. Makes no sense seeing as it's just hair color 🤣 but thanks for the input, definitely enjoy that horse
I like the little red Arabian for early game till you can get the better horses
Also don't really like Arabians I don't like getting hacked off and eaten by a alligator lol
What do you prefer?
Best saddle in the game is the upland saddle, you need lvl 21 bounty hunter, if you’re not, the noga something is the second best
No Naco. Bc of stamina drain rate. And you can’t added hooded stirrups to upland so not the best.
Nacogdoches is the Meta with the Hooded Stirrups.
I have the Breton right now, im 4 gold away from Black Arabian. Should I buy it?
I would not buy the Black Arabian. Stick with the Breton. It is more than good enough. The difference between the two is there, but not enough to justify the big price tag for the Arabian. Use your gold on other more valuable things like roles.
@@OpenVision I get 1.5 gold from every bounty I do, and the horse is on sale today for 25 gold, and I can't think of anything else to buy in this game xD
The best horses are the Turkmen horse Missouri Fox Trotter and Brenton horse 🐎 why because the Brenton has good health and stamina it’s a good fast horse don’t scare easily and very reliable only this that suck is the handling but a upland saddle on y’all horses and boom everything set I’m telling you
Good vid, very helpful
Glad to hear!
About to buy the Black Tovero Missouri Fox trotter. Does anyone love it before I spend 45 gold on it?
I like the fox trotter dapple gray
What’s the best one for Health and speed?
Love it! 🙌
You are always here pretty fast Lucas!
man just Missouri Fox Trotter trust bro
I know, it’s a good horse trust
Stamina? Acceleration? Speed?
So I should wait till level 20? 😉
Yes, wait till rank 20 in any role you do before you buy the role horse.
So the best horse for speed and not afraid of things is the brethon
Also are you sure about point that he doesn't scared easily? Because i Bought breton mearly dapple bay and he just He throws me immediately every time he sees a predator or enemy . He doesn't even try like the rest of my horses he just throw me and go. Although his level is 3 now and there is not much left from level 4
Horses in this game is very subjective, you may have a completely different experience than me with the Breton.
@@OpenVision 😔
I thought the problem was from saddle. And I put upland saddle. I think his name is like this. But it's no use that it just makes horse statistics worse.
Dont change saddles or stirrups. The ones I recommend (Nacodogches saddle and hooded stirrups) are the best in the game by far.
I have a turkoman and criollo. What are some other good ones that are fast and fairly big
Bruton (bounty role)
0:32 you posted roblox too
I did! However now it is mostly GTA.
just go for mustang if you have cash
Great choice. As I said, horses in this game is extremely subjective.
Fr I feel like it’s the best
my mustang is an absolutely god in everything except when it comes to predators if there is an alligator 10 meters away from me he freaks out and throws me in the mud
how were you shooting without the scope?
i have the oreo lookin mustang with the dochodeches saddle or wtv u spell it like
You kept talking in circles. Holy shit.
Breton or roadster. Period
I ride a shire bc why not
Missouri Fox Trotter Silver Dapple Pinto ftw 🔥
*No Contest*
What’s the best horse for bounty hunting?
Probably the rank 20 Breton. It’s the horse you unlock from the bounty hunter role. But you could use any horse realistically.
6:20-6:28
ayo
What beat is that at the last section?
did none of you get a free thoroughbred/arabian? i accidentally sold the first horse and then got to pick between a thoroughbred and arabian and i chose the thoroughbred?? this was a few days ago, so maybe it was an event perhaps? i also got some clothes and a couple weapons for free too
Are you on PlayStation? I know PlayStation sometimes gets added free stuff. Or it could not be that at all, could also just be a special event.
@@OpenVision oh cool i'm on playstation
@@stinkyloser9305 Then it is probably because of that.
yeah, i got a free thoroughbred, even though i am on Xbox, but nothing else that you mentioned
@@Ochicho Then I have no clue what it is. Maybe the game version.
How is the Nacogdoches saddle better that the upland saddle
It is better than upland since upland has built in accessories like stirrups,etc...but with nacogdoches you can combine with the best stirrups and other accessories thus adding up to better stats
Unlimited stamina.
But isn't Upland saddle better for speed?
The Upland saddle is another great option.
Cheers
Mmmmm could you be swedish.
Almost correct! I’m Norwegian, but the English accent is similar.
Can someone just tell me what’s the best horse in rdr2
look at the top comment of the video
Just tell me
It actually get up to 3 bars to me
Are you talking about speed bars that you get with the hooded stirrups?
The horses before level 20 are still decent I bought the first level
Yeah, they’re decent, especially if you get the nacogdoches saddle and the hooded stirrups. But in my opinion I find it better to just stick with the beginner horse until you are level 20 in a role. However, the ones before level 20 are also decent!
The upland saddle is a better the the one you said by alot
Not by a lot, they are quite similar. But you are correct the upland saddle is really good as well.
@@OpenVision is it the best saddle in the game?
Nice
Omg get to the point. I thought this video was about horses.
How many times he said RED DEAD ONLINE
bro the delgado sattle is 10x better
no its not
Very big 🤨
😳😳😳
Gg
gg to you as well
Why do you talk like PVP cat?
I don’t 🤣. Not sure how you could think our accents are close at all, pretty sure he is from Ukraine and I am from Norway so there is no similarities.
@@OpenVision but I love the accent bro 😂
Thanks Buluga!
Barely understand him due to the bad accent
Got 500 gold bars Arabian is superior
Kladruber FTW
The Arnold shwerzenegger of all the horses is Breton . I kill wolves , bears and it doesn’t buck me off. It’s on another level
