Can't remember if I mentioned another reggae track around the same time as this - Suzanne beware of the devil by Dandy Livingstone. Another classic.

The Pioneers did some great stuff, they do a cover of Let Your Yeah Be Yeah iirc

The Specials did a great version of this; of course The Pioneers being such an influence for the Two Tone phase of Ska.

Long Shot was a real horse that died in a race in Jamaica in 1969. This song is about that event, I think I do prefer the Specials version, even though this is the original.

Great old school tune, heres some more reggae for you, admiral tibet doing the song serious time, there is also a version with shabba ranks and ninja man on it but i suggest the original!

If you fancy more 60s ska, how about Laurel Aitken "Bartender", Jimmy Cliff "Miss Jamaica" or The Maytals "Pressure Drop", which was covered by The Clash.
