Just randomly stumbled upon this video and was pleasantly surprised by this performance. You guys sound pretty damn good on this tune. As a fellow performer, I appreciate a tight live performance. I normally wouldn't do this but I'm gonna give you some things to think about. I just smoked a J so bear with me. Singer's got a great voice, excellent tone and great control. Bass and the kit keep good groove, I dug it. If I may-I obviously wasn't there to hear the house sound but I'd think about adding some vocal fx (at a minimum a little verb, maybe a little bit of delay) to the lead vocal. Keep working on tight background vox. Sometimes it's tough to hear yourself live so those bground vox can be hard to hit, particularly with this tune because it's an unusual background vocal key. But, IM humble opinion, that's what separates good bands from GREAT bands. Just from this performance, I get the impression that you are a really good band but you have the talent (individually and collectively) to be a GREAT band. Anyhoo, that's all I got. Hope I didn't offend, I just love to see talented bands bring it to the next level (which, based on this performance, you are most definitely capable of do). @@lowbirdsofficial ah, and in my stoned mind stupor, I almost forgot to add: if you don't use IEM's for all of the vocalists in the band, I highly recommend. It was a game changer for me switching from wedges. I could finally hear exactly how I sounded so then I could hit all of the notes, without straining to hear myself. Anyway, I'm a giant windbag today, don't mind me. It happens when I get blazed...which I throughly am right now. haha. again, good day
